After doing lots of research and getting lots of estimates, Liberty Construction was hands down the winner. Ethan was perfect and responsive. Had my house completely re-sided with gutters and paint. Best priced estimate but the service was a rare gem in this world. He went above and beyond after a few small issues. I will only deal with this company for anything exterior from here on out.

If you’re looking for a honest Company to replace your roof siding? If I were you I would choose Liberty Construction! They replaced our roof with quality shingles, they replaced damaged siding and matched the paint perfectly! Liberty is a great company to go with for your needs on getting your home fixed. I had them do my grandmas house and it was a wonderful experience. Calin was always there when we had any questions, gave us updates on delivery of roofing stuff, painters coming and anything else that was done during the process of getting my grandmas house fixed. Highly recommend them to family and friends and will use them in the future. You won’t be disappointed choosing them for your construction needs of your home.

UPDATE: Four months after the work was complete I had a minor issue with my chimney cap and called Calin. He had someone out within 3 hours to fix the issue! I was expecting a 3 day turnaround but not 3 hours. Fantastic service from Calin and Liberty Construction.

I highly recommend Liberty Construction. They were responsive, communicative, and very thorough with siding repairs for my home. The work, when finished, came in under the estimate and saved me several hundred dollars. I’ve never experienced that with a contractor before. I definitely appreciate Calin Hins, the Project Manager for the job. He was a true professional through the entire process which will guarantee my return to Liberty when I need future work to be done.

Calin and the team at Liberty Construction did an excellent job with our homeowners insurance claim and repair. From the first meeting it was apparent that Calin cared about doing the repairs correctly and not just trying to take the insurance company for as much as possible. Calin was always available if we had questions and concerns and he worked with our insurance to make sure the claims process went smoothly. Overall a great experience and we are very satisfied with the outcome!

If you need a construction job done, Calin is THE best. Throughout the entire process, he was thorough in answering our questions and prompt in following through when we needed something to be done or cleaned up (stucco is messy!). His attitude was always incredibly positive & friendly, it was clear that his priority was us being happy & satisfied with the completed job. Getting roof repaired in the middle of hail season in Colorado is stressful enough. Ethan and the liberty construction team made the time for me, gave honest quotes, and scheduled the repair immediately. Ethan and his team were professionals and focused on making sure i understood the work needed to get done to have stop water coming into my home and what will be optional improvements to help extend the life of my roof. The work is now finished and I can now rest easy knowing it was done right. They will always have my business now.

We had a complex project to replace windows, to repair and replace a three story glass Trombe wall (passive solar), and to stucco our home. Since our project started at the height of supply chain issues during the pandemic we were delayed in getting started. Ethan was fantastic. He kept us up to date and informed, took the lead in making sure our project would be on track when the windows did arrive, and he managed the various crews working on our various project extremely well. Excellent experience working with Ethan and the quality of work he and his company did on our home was fantastic. I would give Ethan and Liberty Construction my highest level of recommendation. My wife and I own a 24 unit apartment in Colorado Springs and after several months of trying to locate a high quality and reasonably priced siding company, I found Liberty Construction. Ethan Bilbo is the owner and project manager and from Day 1, Ethan was responsive, thorough and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire project. Replacing the siding on an apartment building is not an inexpensive project but we feel Ethan and Liberty Construction provided a high quality product at a very competitive price. At the end of the project, Ethan met my wife and me at the apartment building and we walked the entire building and he answered all of our questions. Our home needed new windows and window frame repairs, as well as new gutters. After two other contractors failed us by either never finishing the job or making it worse than when they started, Liberty Construction saved us. They were very professional with their quotes, and very responsive. The financing they have is really easy. They had the project completed in a matter of weeks, and fixed the issues the previous contractor took 6+ months to make. They have high quality work, and did a final walk through with us to make sure everything is perfect. Eventually we want to do stucco and we're glad that we already know who to come to!

Ethan was fantastic! We had a leak in a rental home, and we are out of state. He was extremely responsive and easy to coordinate with. He immediately identified the issue and resolved it quickly. We haven’t had any leaks since. We will definitely reach out again for our rentals!

Ethan runs a very professional, top quality company with prompt reliable service. His team repaired our damaged siding with custom milled wood and paid attention to every detail. They also replaced a basement window and the surrounding well. The painters did a terrific job and the house looks great again.
