We've been living here now for 9 years. Very quiet. Amy the manager is amazing. One concern though,it seems there are quite a few stray dogs.

Maybe the nicest trailer park in the city. Definitely the cleanest. Excellent management. Maintenance guy never stops. Hidden, Peaceful, Friendly, Great place to live. For all ages.

It's a very clean and quiet place I have a couple of friends that live there and I have family that used to live there

Nice, friendly neighborhood, would recommend to all who like big, quiet neighborhoods. The staff is great and will help with anything and everything.

Only visiting but from What i saw very nice! Never even knew this park existed ,roads are nice ,trailers look nice and didn't seem like a bunch of riff raff ..

I used to live think the neighborhood ia relly great all the people u talk to to are very nice to u, and i hope number 327 is in with a good owner, i hope i get to move back their!!:)

I lived there for 8 years. My 5 stars is for my time there before the new owners took over. We moved away in 2014.

Our friend lives here ,always clean and quite ,nice place to live ,it like in its own bubble .

Great place to take the elderly with a walker to get exercise, Took hard in neighborhoods where large tree branches and made sidewalks impassable.

Great, quiet neighborhood. I have lived all over Colorado Springs, but this is the best area so far!

The main office lady was able to answer all my questions, it's a nice looking little neighborhood.
