Shangri-La Mobile Home Park, LLC

I came to work on a customer's computer. It's the first time I've been over here in years. It looks like they've really clean the place up. Lots of nicer homes in here.

My husband and I moved here around this time last here! Management at the time was inexistent. Since Dave took over the reins of the park we finally have an operational office and a person ready to always kindly answer the phone and problems! It took me over a year to write a review, but I am so happy to say that Dave and Tong are doing an amazing job in keeping this park clean and tidy. What definitely convinced me to write today this, is that winter is here, and we had in the past some snow with slippery conditions. I was surprised and very pleased compared to last year’s management who did not help with the roads, Dave had his team out making all the private roads in the park clear. Truly appreciate it. Keep it up.

I have lived here for over a year. April is by far the best landlord I have had since moving back home. She is very professional. When something needs repairs she is fast to get it repaired. She is also very warm and friendly. She always smiles at everybody and says hi and asks how things are going. She genuinely cares about people.
I would and I have recommended this trailer park to people because of April. I have told them what an awesome landlord she is and how its a very friendly trailer park....and this is due to the manager.

I love living here. The manager April Mc Craw is one of the best managers we have ever had. Shes friendly caring and compassionate. And above all very professional. I cant imagine living any place else.

This past weekend a main water line broke in our park and our new manager Dave went above and beyond to make sure that all the residents here had water by bringing in a water tank truck for all of us which is MORE than ANY other MANAGER has done in this situation, WE ALL APPRECIATE YOU DAVE!

Definitely getting better here David has been doing a great job in my opinion he at least takes the time to talk to you and listen to your concerns hope he is the last manager here we have had our share of bad managers and he by far is so much better ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great little hidden living community. Dave and Tong great people and doing a fantastic job! Its quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of city noise.

Been here a few years and the new management is much better. She has done more in a few weeks than has been done in a year. Please keep up the good work and hold onto this manager!!!!!!
