As soon as we entered the restaurant being the first time, I didn’t know what to expect. Not only was the hostess welcoming, our waitress was, as well. The food was really yummy!
I ordered pesto chicken with couscous. It was out of this world delicious!
My friend ordered eggs and both plates were artistically and appetizingly delicious!

It’s the best breakfast/brunch place in the town. The restaurant is so open and bright, stuffs are so friendly and nice and food are delicious!
We want to come back every week!

This is my first time in Boulder, Colorado. For a Sunday Brunch, we looked at a few places, but everyone recommended First Watch. I can say that I can see why.

It's a little hard to find. We ended up at the Wendy's due to husband ignoring GPS. But it's the second right. It is nestled in the far corner. Parking was simple, but can get full. Some people parked on the next street over and walked across the border property.

The atmosphere is nice. The music is an awesome collection of a jazzy pop mix. The fact they played Seal's "Waiting For You" was a plus. 🤣

We ordered the Chickichanga and the Carnitas Breakfast. Excellent selections. No salt or pepper needed. The flavor was there and plentiful. Nice full plates. The fruit was a plus to the meal. Coffee, juices, brunch cocktail selection was (in the words of Jem) truly, truly, truly outrageous!

The Chickichanga was Lindsay's recommendation and worth it. A nice, fluffy egg wraps around tender chicken, spicy chorizo, avocado and other stuffing. The Carnitas was served on flat crispy tortillas with mixed greens, avocado, sunny side up eggs and pickled onions. Both dishes were delicious!

The pricing is moderate for brunch. My husband and I ate for a rounded up $39.

The service from Lindsay was wonderful! Everyone is friendly and patient.

I love this place! It's a decent drive away from me but worth it. Service here is always on point and food is airways delicious!

Was a bit crowded as you might expect for a Sunday morning but calling ahead helped and we only had a short wait. Food was as good as usual and service was great.

This restaurant is amazing! I have come here many times for brunch and it never disappoints. The food is priced perfect to the size of portions you get. When you order coffee, they leave a pot at your table so you can have multiple cups whenever you want. They have a seasonal menu that rotates and a regular menu with delicious choices. I even brought my out of state family and they loved it. The longest I have waited for a table was 15 mins and that was on a busy weekend. I would recommend First Watch to anyone that loves brunch food.

We love First Watch and have eaten here and at the Northglenn location many times. The food is great and it's awesome to have healthy options and fresh juice. What motivated me to post a review today though was the service we received from Yesenia at the Broomfield location. She is gives amazing service, is extremely attentive and super friendly. She remembered us from a visit months ago and went above and beyond to give us an awesome experience. Thank you, Yesenia!

Fantastic meal with a brother in Christ. The food was delicious and the service was spot on. Hot coffee and a wonderful breakfast. My friends service dog was welcomed ad we were situated us the perfect booth . Will return soon.

You always know if you’re in a good restaurant by who is in the restaurant, it was full of locals the food was excellent. I had a bowl of oatmeal, it hit the spot. My waitress was sweet and filled my coffee each time.

I was excited to discover that there was a first watch in Broomfield. I've eaten at the one in Arvada and enjoyed the food and service. This one did not disappoint.

The atmosphere is sort of a modern country feel, and it's a large space with lots of sunshine. We were there on a weekday morning around 11:00 and did not have to wait for a table which is another bonus. Most breakfast places have a line out the door all week and all day.

The juices are a highlight here. Every day there's a special smoothie and they are delicious and also beautiful. If you're in the area first watch is a great suggestion for breakfast or lunch. And finally, the best part of all is the staff are fantastic and friendly.
