Myers Sewing Machine Company

When I broke my machine of 56 years, I went to Myers for help. Although they didn't fix the old one, they were excellent at showing me ALL the details on a new machine. Very patient and helpful.

I bought my second machine from Myers Sewing today (first a sewing and this time a serger). I can't say enough great things about them. They truly know their products and provide the best customer service (especially in comparison to experiences I've had at other local sewing machine shops). It's family owned and operated and when you go in, you feel like family. An additional shout out for their support to the military community.

I have shopped @Myers approximately 30 years & highly recommended them. They are trustworthy, friendly and not at all pushy. They know their products well.

Our experiences with Myers always exceed our expectations. There's sewing machine shops all over Colorado but nobody delivers this level of customer service. This is what separates Myers from their competitors. Their pricing is also better than anyone else. Anyone considering purchasing a new machine absolutely has to check out Myers. Everyone else is competing for second best.

The employees are super friendly and helpful. Recently bought a Baby Lock and the gentleman who helped me took a lot of time to familiarize me with the machine so that I could start using it right away. Always great support whenever I had a problem with my old machine. Thank you Myers!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I received excellent service on my old basic Kenmore sewing machine. And to top it off, on the phone troubleshooting! Couldn't ask for better customer care. :-)

They did a great job getting my 2nd machine back to me with a very reasonable time. In the mean time my 1st embroidery machine started acting up, right in the middle of a busy sewing time. Tim was wonderful, kind, and so professional getting that machine back to work very quickly for me. I’m quite thrilled about the great experience and having both my machines in top working order!!! Thank you so much. Tim also made sure I had the proper bobbin thread weight for my machine.

I went for sewing lessons, the lady I was getting lessons from moved to Tennessee. The lady at Myers sewing machine company is very good and is informative as well. She knew more about my sewing machine than I do! And I have the book on the thing.

I love this company. They went way above what was necessary to help me with an issue I had. They have never let me down and they come highly recommended by my quilting friends. I would recommend them to anyone with a Baby Lock machine. They are the best!!!

I’m so thankful for Myers Sewing! The difference between family owned and a mega store is apparent from the moment you step in. Whether you visit their event center or store, you will have the best experience. Each person there is ready to meet you and help you in whatever way you need. I recently attended the after hours “lock-in” where we brought our machine and worked on projects, met new friends, learned from each other and had the best time. I don’t know that anyone else does this and it just further deepens the relationship and trust with Myers. As a customers, I confidently recommend them every time I’m in a fabric store and overhear someone needing help with their machine or searching for a new machine. I own the Brilliant by Babylock and it’s a dream machine. I have been able to finish projects faster and with less steps than I was on my previous machine.

I went to my local repair shop to ask questions about machine I purchased. Got the feeling I was bothering them and was told it would be 3-4 weeks out just to look at it. So I googled repair shops and came to Myers Company I was happy to read good reviews. So I called Tim last Wednesday for the first time, I explained to him that I purchased a used embroidery machine so I could learn to embroider. He said he thought he knew what the problem was but I needed to bring it in. I told him I lived in Pueblo and would be up on Friday. I went into a very pleasant and helpful shop. He looked my machine over and told me what was wrong. He said he would have to look for the part. He called me a short time later to tell me he did not have the part and was unable to order it because it was discontinued. I made another trip up to springs very disappointed and sad. When we arrived my husband asked Tim if he had any used machines for sale. Luckily he did he gave us a wonderful machine at an awesome price. I never write reviews but for Tim I just had to, I will never go anywhere to purchase another machine or service my own from anyone else but Tim. Awesome customer service, very friendly. Highly recommend Myers Sewing Machine Company for all your sewing and embroidery needs!

I have taken all my sewing machines for repair and tune ups here for 14 years. Never been disappointed!
I was gifted a 1950's Featherweight which they were able to tune up, and for which they were able to replace parts for an extremely reasonable price. I had no idea they worked with Featherweights and was concerned I would have to ship mine out of State...but I am beyond pleased!!!

I have been going to Myers for a long time. I have had my machines serviced and they run like a dream. I bought a sewing machine here and used it for years, recently there was a problem and I took it back twice, each time they looked it over and ran a diagnostic. Eventually they gave me an upgraded machine, because the one I had was faulty. I appreciate their willingness to correct the problem. I recommend them very highly.

I spoke with Tim on the phone and he was very nice and said that he would make time to look at my sewing machine that day. The second I walked into the store, we were greeted by Chris. A very nice you man. He put my machine up on the counter, plugged it it and turned it on. All the while, I'm telling him I don't know much about this machine. He offered "free" classes, a one on one to show me everything there is know about my machine so I could do more with it. He fixed my machine within 1 minute. He didn't even charge me a dime for his time. He offered me water to drink. It has been along time since I've seen awesome customer service this good. These people are the best and I will highly recommend them to everyone. I will continue to use them as long as they are around. It was the best part of my whole day. Thank you Myers.

Besides beautifully servicing my machine, Tim took the extra time to clean up the outside of the machine. When I picked it up I was delighted at how much nicer it looked. He also offered to carry it out to the car for me; another really nice surprise. Feels great to get that kind of service and support a family owned - local business at the same time.

I was thrilled to have my sewing machine repaired on the spot and very inexpensive. It felt really good to work with an honest company. The man was very kind and genuine. I called two places before taking my machine to be repaired. I was hoping I wouldn't have to leave it. I have been trying to make masks for a month, but have been having problems with my machine. Myers looked at my machine when I was there, and informed me it'd be a minor fix. I was able to take my machine home. I appreciated that the nice man told me it was a simple fix. I highly recommend this business! With all the horrible things happening in our world today: it was refreshing to work with a place that didn't overcharge me to make a profit.

This is the best! They have always been so helpful, nice, professional, and fast. Brought my sewing machine in for a repair and Tim got it out fast as I had a project for church that had to be finished. Very knowledgeable and never try to sell you what you don't need or want. Love this place and look forward to getting to know them better as I just purchased my first Serger!!
