The employees were very helpful. Alex and the cashier were both friendly and attentive. The sales were a plus, but the atmosphere is what keeps me coming. I was shopping for a surprise birthday and I got everything I needed from gift warp, decorated bag, and ribbons to tie it all together.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Iris! My sister and I went there for an online purchase not knowing the mall closed at 8pm on weekdays. It was the last day we could pick it up before they cancelled the order. When we called to see if we could get a day extension, we told them we were right outside the store and Iris brought out our order even though they were closed. Amazing customer service! Thanks again Iris for doing that and helping us out!

The guy working today, I believe his name was Alex was great to my mom, grandma and me. Super helpful, and even got my mom and my to buy some lotions, scent circles and a few other things. He's was funny and fun to shop with.

Thought they were overpriced for soaps, candles and lotions.. However, after 8 months of staying at home (and counting) and not too many outlets to spend money, I reconsidered and decided to support B&BW. CO Mills store is well organized for "pandemic" shopping, staff is super friendly and helpful! Purchased a lot of different products on sale for my house (love the Cinnamon Spiced Vanilla scent!), for myself (Balance body lotion) and - more importantly - for my dear friends and family whom I can't see as often as I want, these are perfect little gifts during tough times. Thank you, B&BW team!!

This is one of the larger stores and carries a lot of products from the body care to room fragrances to those fabulous 3-wick candles. Very helpful sales people, too!

One of the best experiences I had at a bath and body works, usually I feel kind of invaded but the staff today (2/10/21 at around 11) were so pleasant and helpful. I went in there wanting to buy 1 lotion and got 3 + 3 body sprays 😂 would 10/10 go there again very great experience!

Friendly environment, smells wonderful of course, somebody is always around if you have questions, they always have great deals,plus if you're on their mailing list, you get great coupons. Free gifts are always a plus on the coupon side of it.

As soon as you walk in someone is greeting you, and letting you know what deals they have for the day. They have a wide variety of lotions, body sprays, and candles. Very happy will always come back.

Very nice staff and I wasn’t aware of any sales going on when I went to pay the young lady told me if I get two more products it will be the same price! What!? I get two more for the same price!? Heck ya! Thanks
