Great experience here today, I only need to ship out one priority mail and the clerk was awesome to take care of my mail while in long line, instead of spending an hour I only spent 3 minutes there, awesome staffs

Denise is a life saver! I had an important package coming that ended up getting forwarded without a fwd address listed. In a panic, I came down to the office and she pulled me out of line so I wouldn't have to wait with the people sending out holiday packages. SHE HAD MY PACKAGE! Words cannot express how thankful I am.

Great experience tracking a package that came from Missouri to Colorado! Our granddaughter thought it was to come to her door. She is new there. Couldn’t have had a nicer clerk to answer the phone. Thank you for your kindness and trouble. We do appreciate you!

I always have such positive interactions with the staff I interact with at the post office. I’m finally getting around to posting this review because I just left from dropping off some mail, and I left a better mood, like I do every time. Professional, kind and courteous — I appreciate their services immensely!

I have to give those hard working people at the Broomfield Post Office a 5-Star review. Due to my home based business, I mail items almost daily. Are they tired and overworked...yes. Do they deal with disgruntled and rude people daily...yes. I simply cannot imagine day in and day out doing their job! We need those postal workers to get our mail delivered properly. I have mailed over 700 items in the past year and not one item has ever been lost! Years of experience stand behind those counters, they've dealt with every type of situation, I am certain. The good, the bad, and the ugly! I witness customers being unbelievably rude and arrogant to those folks. I have great respect for the job they do! Special kudos to Faye, Rebecca, Min, and Fred! I personally think you guys are fantastic!!!!!!!!

I was worried that this close to Christmas I would be in line forever. I was pleasantly surprised. The line went quickly and Soon was so helpful. I had my sleeping toddler in my arms and she helped me sort everything and make it easy. I was also shown extra kindness to my kiddos who were very grateful and excited. The chore I was dreading became a highlight of my day. Thanks so much! Happy holidays!

Until you have actually done the work required by associates of the USPS do not judge, especially during the holiday season. It is not a cake walk. These people are generally dedicated to moving your mail around. There are going to be mistakes made, but be patient. I would like to commend all of those working for the USPS on the work they perform for the community. CB

Because I was the designated SAG wagon for my daughter's upcoming twin 14ers, I realized the delivery schedule for a package with essential gear was cutting too close to event departure. So I contacted the PO and a very helpful staff member facilitated an earlier walk-in pickup. Her efforts went above and beyond, and are very much appreciated! Good people there...

Everybody has bad days when you have to interact with a bunch of people on a daily basis. But I love that they have someone to help you by the front door when You first walk in so you dont have to stand in line if you dont need to. They are always so nice. Ones behind the counter can be edgy sometimes but again who wouldn't after people all day. I really like this post office. I dont dread having to come here.

I actually visit post offices quiet frequently, and this one by far is my favorite. The line moves relatively fast, there is an express do-it-yourself check out and parking is easy to get in and out.
Even the week of Christmas, I was in and out in 20 minutes (via self serve check out). Awesome!

Happy that the staff wears masks and everyone for the most part follows good distancing and also wears masks. Generally pleasant people, I have been in quite a bit and have had no issues.

I am sorry to see such negative comments on this site. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Broomfield Postal Service. Most recently, I unfortunately had a pkg. MIA. I immediately contacted the Broomfield 1st Ave. store, dealt with two gentlemen who were more than happy to help me. Before the end of the day I received a call from one of the gentlemen I was working with that my pkg. was located and placed on my front porch.

Hands down my favorite post office. Others havw lost things or had incredibly grumpy staff. Here? Min and her coworkers have always been friendly and helpful

Let's be honest, no one looks forward to going to the Post Office. But this location has always provided the best experience and customer service. I will go out of my way to go to this location.

this is always my go-to usps location! the employees are always incredibly helpful and kind, and are happy to help me with any questions i’ve had. i’ve never had a negative experience here!

We always deal with knowledgeable workers that help us continuously. The interaction with my child while getting my needs dealt with is greatly appreciated.
