The Citadel Mall

Prior to this visit, I hadn’t been to the Citadel Mall in years, and to be honest, I came here expecting the worse, but this mall seems to be in very good shape. I must say, generally speaking, this mall seems bigger than the others I’ve visited, and it still has a fair amount of stores. The mall was also very kept up and clean, and I felt safe here seeing lawn enforcement and security. This mall generally will meet your expectations for what you’d expect for a mall, there’s department stores, activities, food court, etc. overall I’d recommend the Citadel Mall, its kept up and convenient.

Loved Dillard's!! Set up as a regular store, instead of just rows & rows of racks with clothes. Displays were great, staff pleasant & helpful.

I love this Mall..a lot of cool stores and the food court is pretty good..The roast beef sub shop is great 👍.

It's really big and have many varieties, the only thing I have a problem is the parking lot, they need to put in a new one. That's all, the place is grand and beautiful especially the food court.

I love this mall! It does need some work as others have stated. Working escalators is a start, a good and consistent janitorial service (soap) and antibacterial stations on all floors, especially near the food court! The best way to keep this mall alive is keep writing reviews, sending emails to the people that matter, and shopping there!Lets all do our part, Let's keep this mall alive!

We love Burlington we go there for all school clothes and shoes it's super cheap and name brands!! Hollister, Nike, Puma, etc! It's all with in the in trend styles everyone likes. Instead of Goodwill these are brand new clothes and CHEAP! Take your kids and yourself thereeeee! Also finish line is another store that is Poppin with shoes! Cheap and very good shoes that last a long time! I am a big Nike Air Max person and I can go get the brand new pair that just came out for $90!

The shoe depot is very cost effective . The mall is very eclectic and diverse that it is a true sensory experience . Many of the shops boast very different styles, jewelry, shoes and electronics. The food court is an ever changing landscape of merchants fighting for your taste buds. The main attraction is definitely the environment. You cannot help but to sense that many people plan to go here just for fun lol

Autumn was terrific: She had the presence of mind to ask us what price range we wanted for the earrings and then covered up the ones that weren't an option before letting our daughter choose her pair.
She took us through the process and let us know what to do as parents to make the process smooth. - As the parents don't do anything between ears. Just stand there. She's working as fast as she can to load the 2nd earring and get it in before your child registers the pain and you're sunk on getting it in.

This is a wonderful mall our whole family enjoys. It has a beautiful 2 story food court with a fountain and waterfall feature. The seating areas are surrounded with real plants that just makes the whole scenery light and inviting. There is a cute kids play area in one wing, with toy stores, candy stores, an arcade, a glow in the dark golf course, $5 animal car rides, a trampoline ride and lots of fun for kids! The mall is bustling with diversity and life and every time we go we feel grateful to be there. Like many malls after this season of the pandemic, there are some storefronts unused, but it doesn't change the inviting atmosphere you encounter once inside. When we first moved, like many people reviewing here, everyone told us to avoid this mall and go to the nicer one up north. So we did for 2 years. Once we finally visited the Citadel we were so upset people had steered us away. Without question we love this mall so much more, we haven't gone back up north since - and its been 4 years. It is much more family friendly and fun. The mall up north definitely has more resources, but they use it for adults and there is very little for kids to do. If you haven't checked out the Citadel, give it a chance. Its a great place to be.

This mall is Epic 5 star experience. Nostalgia deluxe! It's like you've walked into a portal or vortex directly into the 80's! Hello Stranger Things! I don't know why this mall isn't crawling with people. And the food court!!! Omg. This is the Only mall in Colorado Springs, people. It's where it's at. I love this mall. Thank you for being here ❤
P.S. the other mall is lame deluxe and has no open stores. BORING!

The testing location was extremely busy, with 3-4 lanes operating. Staff were all very pleasant and lighthearted after what was apparent to myself a long day (my visit 4-5:30pm) for them. The lanes moved efficiently for the constant traffic that I was witness to. My first test through all of this. I'd give them all 5+ stars. Thanks for making a tedious task painless.

This place is pretty cool. I have not interacted with security here, but I imagine they are all the typical mall cop types. Par for the course for a mall. Puppy friendly (up to 10 lbs in a carrier ). Service dog in training friendly at all sizes so long as your SDIT doesn't create a disturbance and remains under handlers control. I plan on training my SDIT here when he's got better manners, as to not bark at other SDs. Shops are well stocked, directory is accurate. Mall staff is kind and considerate. Can't vouch for all shop staff as they are all hired differently, but so far most of them have seemed to still enjoy their jobs. Food is wonderful, get the pizza!!

It's not too big but it's very convenient and I always liked going there. It's a lot of fun because of all the different shops available for you to stop by and not to mention the food court as well. You can get so many things from jewelry to clothes/shoes, phones and accessories, food and even some dessert.They also have a virtual experience spot which was awesome! Great place to hang out with friends or family and great place to shop around as well.

Love the Citadel it's always an adventure to find treasures and deals. Looking for the best Price or Best Quality.

This mall has lost it popularity these last few years but when you walk in it is simply a gold mine. From the beautiful water feature in the food court, to the shops that seem to have everything, this mall has it all. It is a favorite place of mine to go and spend time with my husband and we like the atmosphere and the wings. Even though the mall has lost some popularity they have a lot of cool stores to visit. From Attic Salt to a leather store. From a vape store to a Pet store they truly have started to reinvent themselves.

The shoe depot is very cost effective . The mall is very eclectic and diverse that it is a true sensory experience.

This mall i feel has a great selection of shopping and food. It is kept clean and i feel like its also organized. The pet store in this mall was clean the workers were super friendly and there was a great selection of pets. i ended up buying a new family member (Pomeranian) and had a great experience.

This is a nice mall to go to. I enjoy the Play place they have for kids. This mall has a clean relaxing environment. Has a little water fall in the food court that is nice to look at. I enjoy the anime store they have. There is some neat stuff here.

The crowd is always wanting.. The mall is always awesome. The layout is really cool, I like the food court alot. There are water features and live plants in some areas and this really gives the mall a comfortable feel. Mid-scale businesses throughout so it is possible to find something for a reasonable price.
