Matt has always been accommodating and helpful. Same with Madison (I think that's her name).

Over the holidays we desired something to be printed in bulk with many different types of pages and 1) their printer somehow made it look better than on my Mac screen, 2) it was affordably priced for the super high quality, and 3) Wyeth (spelling?) was suuuper helpful in getting it done quickly.

As usual (we live nearby), great experience. Thanks to all!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable with the product I was in search for. Great recommendations and expert advice. It was nice to have human interaction with prompt feedback. Outstanding location. I will be returning for my office needs. The store manager was leading from the front along with his associates showing the upmost professionalism.

I haven’t been to a Staples location for 10+years; this experience showed me how important person-to-person interaction is.

Jeremiah, you helped me in the prints department today and thank you. I was a hangry and impatient customer. You told me that you couldn't print ID Cards and I wasn't very warm. I have eaten now, and i am changed woman. A better version of myself even. Please accept this as my formal apology for being an impatient customer, im sorry, and thank you for providing kind, helpful service while I threw a small tizzy.

This girl named cree, was absolutely patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Had such a sweet attitude the whole time, and helped me make an informed decision. Definitely recommend her if shopping! The entire time was awesome the whole time.

Went to Staples for the first time ever today and had nothing short of a great experience. There was a large selection of office chairs to look at and try out. Was able to find one that fit all my needs perfectly. As soon as I found the one I wanted to buy i got help from a guy at the customer service desk which directed me to a woman who could help me with my purchase. Both of them were nothing short of friendly, nice, and helpful! Wish I had gotten their names, but either way i'm so thankful for their kindness and help! Another satisfied customer!! Will definitely go here again for any of my office or supplies that i need!

A couple of weeks ago I had a “scam” issue on a package I sent out. Ruby & Madison were awesome in all their efforts to assist me with getting the package returned to the store. Their over and above customer service in a very stressful situation was very much appreciated.

My Husband and I recently were frantic to get copies. Copies of paperwork that pertained to our daily lives. Not having a home computer or printer, this was the place we were recommended to go to. The young Gentleman who helped us took his valuable time to walk us through getting paperwork transferred to the Staples email site quickly, while at the same time helped two other customers! Unfortunately, we didn't get this young Gentleman's name. Highly recommend this Staples to anyone who isn't tech savvy, as the customer service was outstanding!

Team helped me print my funeral flyers. When I accidentally printed them wrong they did it right and did NOT charge me. Great service from Nahria the manager.

This was my first time going to the Staples on Centennial. The woman running the copy center was incredibly helpful with explaining and showing me all of my different options in regards to my wedding invitations I wanted to have printed, and made certain that she could get them done with good quality, and in a timely fashion. She was incredibly friendly, as was the rest of the staff. I hope to see more stores follow this example in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at this Staples location. I ordered brochures and due to my own error I needed to have them reprinted. They went above and beyond what was necessary to help me out. Thank you Jennifer and Joe (the two folks who helped me). I appreciate your great work ethic and will be a repeat customer for sure!

I recently had a bad experience with the FEDEX copy center in CO Springs. I left and went to Staples.
After emailing the required documents to print, I went in to pick them up.
The documents were completed, professionally done and the customer service was, bar none, the best I have experienced.
"Aisha" (I hope I spelled the name correctly) was by far, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered.
Keep up the great job Aisha.

My computer crashed the other day, and I initially took it to Office Depot, where I purchased the computer and get all of my business supplies. The tech at Office Depot said "I'm not sure what's wrong with it, so you should probably just buy a new one." After hearing that, I took it to Staples to see if they would have better luck. Michael had the computer fixed in less than 24 hours, and explained what was happening every step of the way. He went above and beyond to try to save my files, unfortunately there was no luck there. Will be taking all of my business to Staples from here on out.

Great store I kind of miss the guy who used to help me with printing before. The clerk was helpful but didn't provide any good pointers like save your work every 30 seconds or it'll time out every 30 seconds

Jeremy Finney rules the world with an Iron Fist of Justice. What that means is that they managed to recover all my data and fix my computer even better than it was before! This Tech Department is unbelievable! Don't go anywhere else ...don't waste your time... trust me.

James was very helpful, I returned a defective printer quickly and easily, no hassles. I shop for office supplies here all the time, good selection and customer service.

Great and efficient service.
Love the "Wet phone" service that they offer. It really works and saved me a whole lot of time in having to get a new phone, trying to switch over data and contacts. I highly recommend it.
