I have to say have 2 toilets delivered and left in my driveway was far less than expected. A simple request to locate the pallet a mere 15 feet inside the garage was denied. Never have I experienced a freight company that could not assist. As a matter of fact, another company delivered a tub on a pallet just inside the garage. Poor customer service and this needs explained to assure individuals are aware of this policy. Otherwise, the merchandise would have been out on the driveway until assistance could be obtained.

Update:

This company responded promptly and advised who actually did deliver the product, which a review was left. I hope that others can see past a poor experience and assure they provide the correct feedback to the proper company, which I wish I had. I am humble and deeply apologize, and your assistance to get to the bottom of the situation is beyond amazing. Keep up the great work.
