We took our Lincoln MKZ hybrid here today after the three local dealerships told us they couldn't fit us in for two months. Our car was dropped off, the issue fixed, and picked up within a total of 4 hours. The price was reasonable and the service was friendly. We will be returning here to be sure!

My entire family have been taking our vehicles there since my older sister was in high school. Back when Gary was running it before he retired and Chuck took over. Prices are steep but you know that whatever they fix will be done correctly and professionally to the best of their ability. They follow through on the their warranties and new parts. And Travis their manager always is a delight answering the phone. "It's a beautiful day down here at Z Sport." But the fact that my parents, mom's best friend, and my two siblings and I along with various other family members have gone there for over 20 years tells you something about there quality work. And also they break down every step on your bill. Itemize everything to show you all that the repairs entailed. From test drives, to diagnostic, bleeding the breaks, filling break fluid. Everything is clear as to what was done so you understand all the parts and labor that go into fixing your vehicle! Had nothing but outstanding service here! I always honk and wave if ever driving by during business hours!

Been bringing my SUV here for many years. Travis is friendly and very helpful on front desk. Always great with solving my issues on my truck. They go above and beyond to solve any problem and will etch your Catalystic converter with a service for free too. Highly recommend them .

Z Sport is fantastic. I've had 4 different vehicles serviced here and I've never been anything less than satisfied. While maybe not the cheapest outfit in town, their prices ARE reasonable and the work is thorough and complete the first time. Excellent communication as well, which I appreciate. They'll also make recommendations without being pushy.

took my 03 350z to get headers install even tho they kinda lacked on getting my car out on time which was not a big deal but they kept me updated with everything even sending some picture which was great i’d say very professional and great job

I recently took my car in for a very tricky check engine light. The staff is very experienced and the owner is very motivated to get things right, and make sure you are happy. I know I saved quite a bit of money versus the dealer and got things fixed right. Gary even helped me to meet me so I could pick up the car when I was available, even when the shop was closed.

Alex is great with updates and is good at looking out for his customers. I am glad I found a shop that does good work and stands by their warranty. My car was overheating and would not pass emissions.

Thankfully now it is running great and passed emissions with flying colors. Thanks for all your hard work at Z Sport. Like my friend who recommended them to me, "they will take good care of you".

My BMW 335xi was leaking a bit of coolant and my local dealership wanted quite a bit of money to replace the electric water pump, which was determined to be the issue. The repair cost was so high that I felt the need to shop around.

I emailed Z Sport and received a call back the following day. After describing my issue, a detailed estimate of repair costs was emailed to me within minutes with a much more reasonable amount. I made arrangements to drop off my car the next morning.

Upon dropping off my car, I was very surprised to learn from Mark that, (unless something unexpected happened), I could pick up my car that afternoon. The repair was quickly completed and the repair cost was exactly as quoted. I did in fact pick up my car the same day.

Naturally, this might not be the case every time, and we did have the advantage of knowing the problem ahead of time. But I didn't have to wait for parts to be ordered and had basically no downtime without my car. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and professionalism.

Z Sport is an honest and reliable shop. We take all three of our cars there. The technicians are experienced and friendly. Mark ensures that we are well taken care of. The prices are reasonable and I always know that I am getting service that needs to get done. Mark is trustworthy, honest, and kind.

So I got quotes around Everett and these guys were all over fair pricing for my sports car. ONB wanted 2800 to fix the clutch, Subaru wanted 1600 these guys came in at 1500 super fair prices. Car needed a lot more work than just that and the prices came in so close to Subaru we did it all with Zsports. Even after I move I will be taking trips back there for service. No bull 🐂

I called on a holiday, fully expecting a call back the next day. Within 10 minutes, Travis called me back. His first concern was whether or not I was stuck on the road somewhere and needed immediate assistance. Once I told him everything was fine, we got to the bones of what my car was doing. He got me in the next day, gave me a service loaner so I wouldn't miss work, and my car is much happier now. He went over the diagnosis with me and I approved or rejected every item. I never felt pushed into doing work I can easily do myself, even though that work definitely needs to be done. There was no pressure. I left feeling like I was more important than the money I spent having my car repaired.

Went in without an appointment, got me in no problem. Had an inspection and oil change on my 2003 Mercedes Benz E320 for $100. They were friendly and professional. Gave me recommendations that were reasonable, a lot less than at the Mercedes dealership! My first visit and I was impressed, will be back. Thank you.

I've been taking my 1993 RX-7 R1 (FD3S) to them since 2007, and also my 2003 Ranger, my 2010 CTS-V, and my old 2001 BMW 540i to them, over the years. I've always been treated very well, and they're one of the only shops in the area that can work on a tuned/modified RX7 (or is even willing to, they take special care). I don't know what these people in the reviews are complaining about with regards to the staff, or Gary.. I've always been treated well by everyone there, Gary included, and always recommend my friends take their cars here as well. On the rare occasions when things haven't gone 100% right, this shop has gone out of their way to make it right, which I appreciate.

I have been going to Z Sport for 20 years. The service and professionalism I have received has always been amazing. I have referred many people over the years because I have always been treated fairly and with respect. Gary and the rest of the staff have always helped not only to figure out what is wrong with my vehicles but prioritize what needs to be done now and what can wait. I appreciate that kind of honesty and compassion. Since I am not a subject expert when it comes to vehicles I need to know I can trust the people I go to and with Z Sport I do.
