Bought a beautiful Christmas tree for my beautiful lover. I am so lucky to have her and she didn’t break up with me because Lowe’s had a beautiful Christmas tree that I could buy for her and make all of her dreams come true. Now we stare at it every single night, and enjoy it ambience, and the vibe that it puts off into our humble abode.

Roger in housewares was very busy stocking product when I asked for his help finding wall mounts for my bookshelves but took the time to make sure I found everything I needed with patience and kindness! I don't do a lot of home repair so big stores like Lowe's can be a bit daunting but I was in and out in five minutes with his guidance! Top notch customer service, I absolutely recommend this location.

I wanted to give a shout out the last two times that I went into this Lowe's not only was I greeted immediately at the door but I was asked by three different associates if I needed help and even the cashier remembered me from last week. Granted the two times I went there were weekday so it's not as busy but I wanted to give an awesome shout out to this place for being available when I need someone, that's probably my biggest plate out of most hardware stores is when I need somebody nobody's around not this place though!

Was killing time and stopped in at Lowe's to look around. Ended up needing to buy some screwdrivers and the guy named Jeremy helped me he was super knowledgeable very friendly. Store is clean laid out well at well organized.

The gentleman and tools went out of his way to help me, that’s for the 5 stars, I give the store the company 1 star. When I went to go check out, there were screens above the scanners in the Self check out, of course no registers open and cameras that look like facial recognition cameras, because on the screen, there’s a square box around my face moving around with my face. I don’t know I might be wrong. Just strange

I enjoy this Lowe’s, it’s not overwhelming which is often a feeling I get in these shops. It’s also one of the few hardware stores where employees are asking you to help instead being lost I. What ever task they were given for the day.

Besides the excessive security (which is more than understandable), I've had a couple great experiences! Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Product inventory is plentiful. Picking up my toolbox via an online order was a smooth process. Went back to purchase some tools and had a great experience as well. Definitely will be returning!

Ordered online for paint & this location (Everett, WA) was the only one near us with the paint we needed to match up for our house. I went in for pick up & had a very long line. Then, I see something about "Pick Up Lockers" & looked on my email. There it was with everything so Simple! I went to the lockers next to the long line at the service desk & scanned my bar code that was in my email & the locker door that my paint was in was Open & ready for me to just grab & Go! This is So Much Faster than all my other experiences of picking things up! I love that they do this here! Everyone that I encountered during this trip to Lowe's was very kind & welcoming! Excellent experience today! 🙂

Jeremy in Tool World and the older gent in the door/building materials area (who even stopped to help me load my vehicle with doors when no one was around) are all about customer service. Both go out of their way to help a customer ~ even if it isn't their department. They are knowledgeable about what products they sell and go the extra mile to ensure you have at least the information you need even if they don't have the exact item you came in for. I appreciate their service and know I can count on them, if I am unable to find what I am looking for.

Found what I needed, got a question asked, checked out and was back in my car within 15 mins. Everett (Pacific Ave) Lowe's is the best!

This review is strictly for the delivery driver based out of the Everett, WA store named Josh. I have never personally been to this physical store as I live in Seattle, but wanted to acknowledge this man's great service. I ordered some cement pavers online back in July and Josh called on the scheduled day to inform me he was on his way. Josh showed up on time and was totally accommodating on where I wanted the product dropped. He was friendly and showed interest in my project. He took a moment to have a pleasant conversation but was very efficient. Thank you, Josh!

Visited paint department. Excellent customer service. Custom exterior paint mixed, and it matched original purchased color exactly. Thank you.

We purchased a refrigerator from the store today and when we went home one of the pieces was broken. They went out of their way to not only help us replace the broken piece but they also helped us get a refrigerator TODAY as ours broke over night... It was a mad house in there for Mother's Day and I appreciate the time they took to help make my Mother's Day better. Thank you!

Wonderful place to go for all your home improvement and garden projects! Their employees are splendid and make you feel welcomed and are very helpful with any questions you might have, they go above and beyond to help with anything!

We had just left Home Depot after loading 1/2 of our lumber products when they asked us to move out of the way so they could clear residual stock lying in the aisle way. We had to leave everything there and left because they didn’t have everything we needed anyway.Luckily, we drove to Everett Lowes and noticed EVERYTHING was available so we started loading wood, then Calvin asked if he could help us. He also was preparing to close down the aisle to use a fork lift, but correctly helped us instead of chasing us away like the Home Depot employees. We will skip Home Depot and drive to Lowes next time. You’re obviously training your employees to value customers. Thank you for that. You win 👍🏻.

I had 2 complicated questions, 1 to connect a 2 by 3 downspout with a 3" cap and the other to connect a pipe thread with a hose thread. Olivia at the Everett store was excellent at taking the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Great job!
