Completely private and secluded area, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The changing room is amazing and the table is really soft. And the person helping me even brought out my package to show me everything inside of it, so I'd know everything was there before leaving. Amazing experience, I'll definitely be coming back often

I've lived in Washington for 12 years now and never knew this store was here, until I saw it on an Instagram for the Baltimore location. When I got here and saw that it was in a secluded area I had mixed feelings until I got inside and met everyone. Everyone was absolutely awesome, wonderful space, very inviting, very considerate of pronouns and of the person. Definitely a 10 out of 10 that I will be going there again no question. Everything fits and there was no issues about allowing me to try things on. Thank yous again, ziggy 🙏🏾🥰

We drove 4 hours because I really wanted to come out of my shell a bit and do the things I like.
Ryan for sure made our trip awesome. He helped me figure out what prints I wanted and made sure to let me know what the deals were. He actually like, physically ran back to the warehouse a couple of times to check on supplies, cuz everyone still wants the Little Kings, obvi.

Been buying these products for years and finally had the opportunity to visit the warehouse today. They were super chill and helpful, had a really nice storefront, which made the entire experience memorable and being that the whole staff is abdl, all my nerves fell away and I had fun being there! I had a good experience shopping here for some medical supplies. These diapers might be marketed for fun rather than than what I wear them for, but they outperform most of the other mainstream options on the market that anyone living with incontinence has. Most medical diapers do not even come close to being as effective or comfortable to wear as ABUniverse's adult diapers. They're kind of fun, too...it's like wearing superhero underwear as an adult. It's no one else's business but yours...so if you want cartoon characters or Dinosaurs on your diapers instead of boring plain white, this is the place to go!

I was offered a few samples to see what would fit the best; they have a private changing room with an adult sized, padded changing table that looks like a repurposed medical exam table. Its not really my thing, but its kind of a cute setup,and I can appreciate the work put into creating an enviting and fun environment for their customers. I didn' feel creeped out at all while I was there. Quite the opppsite, to my surprise.

This private room and changing table was perfect for someone like myself with a spinal cord injury and mobility difficulties (that's what caused my need for adult diapers in the first place). It gave me the opportunity to check out and even test out their products. I even got to avoid having to use the floor of a bathroom somewhere like QFC/Starbucks or the back seat of the car to have my caregiver change me. That's always a gross experience when traveling...so thank you for having this available!

The designs on the diapers are not my main attraction, but it's nice to have something other than plain white as an option. The leak guards are tall and work well to contain both #1 &2, and I feel safe even after I've had a slippery coffee induced mudslide and can't get changed for a while. I rarely have leaks with the Peekabu's or Simple Ultra diapers, but their new hook and loop closure styles are even better.

I wish they offered Little Kings or their other hook and loop fastener style diapers with a more neutral, symmetrical print (not child-like). This would help dramatically with lining up the tapes correctly when having a diaper put on you (or if you're lucky enough to be able to do this for yourself).
Unlimited refastening/adjusting means you can get and maintain a perfect fit all day long until the diaper is totally full and HAS to be changed. This saves a lot of money on partially used diapers being thrown out.

I don't know how or why, but I can develop a nasty diaper rash within an hour while wearing a soiled medical diaper like Prevail, Attends, Tena, Depend, Medline, Molicare, Abena, etc...but I can get away with wearing one of ABU's diapers for way longer than I should without consequences (except for smelling bad, lol). Diaper rash is no joking matter, so avoiding it is well worth the higher cost of wearing premium adult diapers like are offered at ABUniverse. HOW can I be in a soaked diaper and not even feel wet?! Great work creating these products, ABU!!

As someone with total incontinence (which used to be a living nightmare to live with because of medicaid level incontinence supplies), I find peace of mind knowing I can rely on these to perform so well and keep my clothes clean. Having to wear incontinence products that dont work used to depress me; now I can laugh wearing a Peekabu!

Thanks to the ABDL crowd, better adult diapers on the market means living with dignity while having Incontinence IS possible...!!

I can have confidence in these to do their job for 6+ hours, and I can sleep without worry. I can go to a long distance doctors appointment without fear of embarrassment and needing to change clothes since they work like they are supposed to, unlike what state insurance provides ... it's definitely preferable to promptly clean up and change into a fresh one, but these perform so well that it becomes an option rather than an emergency. Being able to wait to find a safe/clean place to change is like a miracle in terms of improving quality of life and dignity.

I absolutely Love ABU I love how you guys package your products I love the candy and the stickers that you include with the package I love the cute Diapees. I live in Portland but I swear one of these times I'm going to go visit the store hopefully it's a store not just a warehouse but either way I want to visit maybe to meet some other Littles anyways I love you guys thank you guys for the great products.

Very well informed staff in an interesting building. Not super easy to find. The GPS might take you to the building on the other side near the train station.
