I went to get a a new toy for my birthday and had the pleasure of being helped by Kay. Her knowledge of the store was killer, she was so helpful and kind made me feel super comfortable, just such a good experience 10/10. She’s a queen and will help you with anything you’re looking for definitely stop in and check it out :)

Store was very clean and well organized. The clerk greeted me right away and helped me find what I was looking for and made me feel very comfortable in a somewhat foreign environment. The person working today definitely deserves recognition for their excellent customer service and product knowledge! (Employee ID: 1688 from receipt)

Kay (spelling?) was super sweet and helpful! Really good customer service, and she did an amazing job recommending products :) I’ve gone to a few locations before, and she was definitely the right person to make this location stand out! The experience was fun and I felt very comfortable asking questions. If you’re wanting to go to a Lovers, I recommend this one because of the staff.

My friend and I came in here today and had a really lovely experience. Emily helped us and she was super friendly and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back! The store also has a huge selection of everything and was welol merchandised!

Emily listened to all of my questions and recommended me a toy based on what I said. She was educated in her responses that helped me understand better. The store is clean and has a variety of options for different needs.

I loved this store, they have a great variety of products and above all Kat and her colleague were as friendly as possible and explained all our questions, I will return soon.

The employees here are GREAT! Go see Cookie, she's very familiar with the products in the store and she'll make sure you find something you want/like. She's a wealth of knowledge and her customer service is top notch!

I didn't go. I pulled up and sign read "Open at Noon". I didn't want to wait in my car an hour so I left. I was looking for quick items before my trip. There will be another time. Besides, creative minds is always helpful right, right.

Very very helpful staff, helped me feel like I was at a Walmart instead of a sexy store. Very discreet. Good prices and clothes sized that actually fit 'real' women. (Up to queen size). Great discounts for (no cost) members. I'm definitely going back.

Young woman with a partial shaved head and pink hair at this location (Sorry not good with names) is amazing!! She is very friendly, outgoing, and has a great attitude towards her job. And really knows what she is talking about. She does not try and push you into buying an item that is priced at $200 or more. Instead will explain why she feels the less expensive will get you the most value for half the cost.

I didn't get the name of the lady closing, but she was super helpful and put up with me shopping away my winter blues. I felt comfortable explaining exactly what I needed- no judgement, all good energy. Thanks!

Best buying experience ever! The lady helping my husband and I, Stefanie, was so friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond any expectations when purchasing sex toys. She was blunt and honest about what we were looking at and how well the products worked and why they didn't work!

The 2 employees were extremely helpful. The store was very clean. And it didn't have that feeling of embarrassment that you automatically think it will have. I have a gift card that's literally 10 yrs old and the worker helped me get in touch with the higher ups. I thought that they would say, "sorry buddy don't spend it, you lose it". But nope! They're sending me a brand new card & some other gift certificates. I gotta tell you, if I have to buy anything adult fun oriented, it'll be from Lovers. You should too

Employees were super friendly and helpful looking for products in my price range and very professional given their work.

Went there with my girlfriend on her birthday. The employee was awesome on explaining and showing different items. We got a bag of goodies for the bedroom and had a great time with everything.

The ladies at this place know what they're doing, let me tell you. I went looking for a new toy and ending up spending more than I planned but yoooooooooo. That new, uh, air technology is absolutely the vibe (literally). I love this store and everyone there should get a raise.
