City Lofts Apartments

I have been living here for more than a year and I love it!! Everything is very close by freeway, stores. When I need something fixed in the apartment, they pretty fast to attend my request, plus I love the stuff very helpful. We renewed our lease for another year, and Bianca was a great help. She was very responsive in every question we had and made the renewed process very smooth. She kept me informed in every step that was going on with our renewing process . 😊

This is a wonderful place to live. It is income restricted which naturally attracts less than ideal people but overall I feel very safe here. The amenities definitely exceed what you’re paying for here: almost luxury gym, nice elevators, free parking, attentive staff (Shay is amazing) and very nice apartments with stainless steel appliances. Honestly, this is one of the best places I’ve lived in. Only problem is the traffic with the construction on 300W but that’s not a City Lofts problem and it should clear up within the next couple months. Everything is close and I have amazing Mountain views.

I love this apartment and the staff! It’s beautiful here and the maintenance manager is excellent! They are all consistently on top of it with any problems!
Great amenities including secured parking garage and entrances.
Two things to be VERY AWARE of:
1-There is literally no parking for visitors (at all) and they will tow if you are not a resident and park here. There is also no nearby place for visitors to park
2- They can and do raise the rent during the term of the lease, (which is not like a standard lease) due to HUD subsidizing decreases.
In fact, right after I moved in and signed the lease, they gave a 30-day notice because of this and so rent went up $50 a month right after I moved in. If you are on a fixed income, have a lot of friends and family you like having over all the time, these apartments may not be the right choice for you.

Thank you Bianca for all your help since the beginning to get into the apartments and with fixing every situation that has happened quickly and diligent very appreciative. Wish I could do more to show my appreciation.

I am really thankful to live here :-) They have great Mainance that fixes all my issues . Every single person in the office is really nice and caring! Especially Bianca Villanueva she is so sweet and caring ! She’s such a sweetheart :-)

I Love it here, Management customer service is great! I Love the layout of my apartment, the scenery from my balcony & parking garage it's just beautiful, Overall comfortable and affordable 😊

CITY LOFT a modern and newly built apartment where I’m living peacefully and a convenient location that is close to the downtown.
Specially thanks to the community manager “Shay” she is always helpful and a quick action taking Manager. Shay always solves the issue at once. Appreciate all of City loft team !!

Staff is incredibly kind and willing to help to the best they can. I’ve lived in many apartments but never came across a staff like the ones here. They deserve to be acknowledged.

I love how attentive the maintenance is to cleanliness and noise. I’ve felt safer here so far. I love that there are cameras at every corner and the mail room is locked. Can’t wait for the pool to be up and running.

The attention was great. The beautiful place and the location is much better.

My experience is learning how to work things in the house it nice how the stove works it taken me to find how the oven works every thing came easy for me

Had emergency maintenance. Problem was there with a smile to greet me and help me out with my lock out time 10 for sure

It was an excellent service and the tour was very good. I am very happy to make the decision to live there.

43k a year and under to qualify to live here.

So you can only live here if you want to spend half of what you bring home on rent lol. Not sure who these places are helping.
