The pharmacy does a compounding formula for our elderly cat. They provide reordering a prescription by phone or on-line, easy! Great staff.

Taking care of yourself is never inexpensive, but their prices are better than purchasing online and their service is excellent! Bridget noticed that they were always out of the supplement that keeps my migraines at bay and offered to let me know when the next shipment came in. It was very thoughtful and above and beyond of her to see the situation and become the remedy! I definitely appreciate them and the value they bring to our area!

Great customer service! They fill my dogs compound prescriptions and have always been friendly. This week they were a little short staffed but they worked hard to get my prescription filled before the weekend and I'm so grateful for it. I want to thank Ryan for work so hard on it for me!!

NW Remedies is wonderful! They compound medicine for my kitty and she just loves it. She is older and sometimes grumpy. I would have never imagined how easy it would be to get her to take medicine. They are also great to humans. I am very grateful for them!

Great place to get compounded prescriptions and supplements! I didn't understand the "prepayment" aspect when getting prescriptions until they explained it to me- its basically their insurance policy to make sure the RX gets picked up. It makes sense! Great staff and knowledgeable pharmacists.

Helpful and straight forward. We went to NW Remedies for a compounded medicine for our fur baby. Our vet had us trying to get it from Phoenix, Arizona, and we are in Olympia, WA. They were able to fill the script. I took another handwritten script from the vet there, one element of the prescription was not available. It turns out that the vet had changed the script and added that element. Now, they cannot get that particular part of the prescription either and have previously filled his prescription.

Has a great selection of high grade supplements, and well informed staff.

NW Remedies really took great care of me when my cat got sick and needed meds. The urgency wasn't lost on Kirk who was able to turn around my needed prescription with incredible speed.

His calm, cool demeanor and professionalism helped to calm my nerves- I'd never been to a compound pharmacy before and didn't know what to expect.

The whole experience was top flight and as much as I hope NOT to need medication for myself or my cat in the future, I know exactly where I'll be going to get my Rx's filled if/when needed.

Why would I go anywhere else? My first round of meds for Oliver wasn't necessarily 'cheap' from NW Remedies, and I needed a longer supply, so I took my vet's advice and ordered through their pharmacy instead. Fast forward to yesterday and our cat is back in the hospital because he wasn't getting enough of his meds (he was foaming and spitting them back up because the new pharmacy that we ordered from either didn't add fish flavoring or it was extremely weak.)

I called Kirk today and they offered larger quantities at really reasonable prices. I shouldn't have been embarrassed to ask the first time, but I was.

I paid for it by having to take my cat to the hospital again.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Stick with NW Remedies. It's worth it.

I had a great experience with a pharmacist named Greg. He provided a consultation with my wife and I which took over an hour. And he didn't charge us! He gave us a wealth of information on many questions. Customer service is great as well. Everyone is very friendly. I gotta rate this 5 stars!

We needed medicine compounded for our cat. They got it done. Worked great.

Store has a good atmosphere, and the staff is quite friendly. I was having trouble understanding my prescription and the pharmacy assistant Randee was incredibly helpful!

This place provides an assortment of vitamins along with a specialty pharmacy that can supply unusual medications and remedies. Very nice stuff!
