I needed to have 2 cameras replaced for my business. I called Monday evening and they were on site the following day to replace the cameras.

I needed an additional key for my Ford F-150 it has a special security key fob. I took it up to Southgate locks and they did a fantastic job within less than 10 minutes I had a working spare key for my truck and the price was cheaper than other places I called around for. I would definitely recommend this place if you're needing a good locksmith.

I came home several days ago from a trip to discover that my suitcase had been locked by my airline. (I wasn't even aware that, on the side of the suitcase, there is indeed a lock. I always leave the zippers at the top of the suitcase and it looks like the airline must have moved the zippers down to the side of the suitcase and placed them into the lock. I didn't even check the bag so must have happened when I left the bag planeside prior to boarding.) I called this locksmith and the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and said he could help me. I stopped by soon after and, within several minutes, they had unlocked my suitcase for me. The people who work here are very pleasant and very helpful. If I need a locksmith in the future, I will definitely go back here! Highly recommended!

Not busy very welcoming came to my assistance for service told me price for my key for my Auto checked key to make sure it worked, fast and accurate service for me, very pleased with service.
