Excellent service location for any European car. I recommend this location over ALL the local shops.They did quality work on my Audi and finished same day. The Audi dealership in Tacoma is usually a 3-4 week wait but these guys can usually take care of you within 2-3 days.

Friendly guy at the desk, quick turn around. Didn't charge me for a diagnostic in which they couldn't find anything wrong (although I was getting other work done).

I have used German Car Service for like a decade. Very comfortable and satisfied with their professional services. Nice and caring staffs especially the manager Jose - you can always trust him. Both my sister's bimmer and mine have regularly done maintenance there and have become their long term loyal customers. I used to live in Seattle yet drove all the way down to Olympia for car services each time, why ? simply I felt comfortable and trust this shop.

Okay, I didn’t have my car serviced here.
I got into an accident right in front of their shop.
BUT Adam one of the technicians working there came out to make sure I was okay and talked me through the entire process. I was pretty shaken up and Adam helped me more than the police officer who arrived. He was beyond kind and stayed after hours to help make sure my car was okay to drive away. He even zip tied my bumper to make sure it made it home okay.
I may not drive a German car but I will send anyone who does this way.

Took my old Porsche 996 in for service and they diagnosed the problem. But told me there tech wasn’t comfortable working on this old of a vehicle with an issue that he had not seen before. Then they presented me with the bill which was no charge! I will be back to get the brakes done which they also checked. Great experience and Great Ethics. Highly recommend this place.

German Car Service is a top notch repair shop and the Olympia area is very fortunate to have a shop that can be trusted to take proper care of our Teutonic babies.

These cars are engineered to a very high standard and designed to enable a sporting driver experience.

You will hear folks say that German cars are expensive to repair, that is a false myth, they are no more expensive than any other car to repair (if they are properly maintained).

When your vehicle is alerting you, either through the systems communications or does not feel normal (we know when our cars don't respond like they are supposed to), German Car Service can be trusted to diagnose and repair these problems and get your car back in shape.

The staff will also tell you up front if it's a Dealer only repair, they will not lead you down a rabbit hole of expensive repairs or parts replacement.

I am just thrilled to have a repair shop in the area that can handle my cars issues without having to take it to Tacoma or Seattle and they will let you know upfront if it's a dealer only repair, you can't ask for much more than that.

I had a 9 o’clock appointment and arrived at 8:30 AM. They were able to take my car in early for oil change and a check up on the car. It took about an hour for them to do the oil change run through the complete car and I was out the door with a great service and a couple of things that I will need to work on this coming week. Nothing fancy here, no high priced BMW dealer, and I have always taken my 2003 Z4 Here for service. You
