The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even took the time to talk with me about the differences between the games I was looking at and made an educated recommendation for me based off of our conversation.

Great I had my son with me we were shopping for his birthday and I got help from the rep there they were able to hide everything right in front of him so he didn't know anything....I will definitely be going back if nothing else just for the customer service.

This is the only GameStop I will try to shop at. Especially if Matt is there; this guy really knows his stuff. He's been there for several years and I'm surprised he's not a manager. Every time I've gone in there he's been super friendly and helpful. Sarah is pretty awesome too, but I've dealt more with Matt than anyone else that works there.

Staff is always helpful and willing to talk to you about games and products. Excellent at gift suggestions for gamers on you gift list. Also the store has a ton of fun toys!

I went into this Gamestop 15 minutes to closing with a busted up old Xbox 360 and zero knowledge of the video game world. Mike went above and beyond to walk me through the specifics of my console, how to care for it, which games to start with, and a brief history of all things Xbox. He answered all my newbie questions and was overall a TOTAL professional, even though I came in so close to closing time with so many questions and he could have easily been dismissive. I will definitely be back. Thanks again, Mike.

Great GameStop! The people here are very helpful and nice, and they're way better than the people at the GameStop in the mall. They may not have as big of an inventory as the one in the mall, but this is always the one I go to, and it's because of the service! They are very friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. I highly recommend this place!

Managed to get a Switch OLED off the shelf, plus a sweet deal on some games and accessories. Staff was super helpful, informative, and a pleasure to deal with.

Then I gazed upon the ps5 games with sadness knowing I'll never be able too afford a ps5

I had called the store and spoke with Alyssa to get pricing information and availability of inventory. I had planned to just go in after work to pick up my items. After looking at the Website, I found that there was an In-Store pickup option, where they would send a message to that location, and have them hold the items. Having made The hold I wanted, I had called back and spoke with Alyssa to make sure She got the request from the webpage and if I could add a few more items. She was more than helpful and told me all the items were set aside. I showed up to the store where I was greeted by Alyssa once again, who looked like she was the only employee working that day. She was helping a customer check out when I came and still said hello to me as I walked in. After a quick browse of the store, I got up to the counter and let her know who I was and that I was coming in to pick up my order. She was very Professionally dressed, very well spoken, gave me lots of cool info about new things coming out and what she had been playing recently. She even was wearing the same kind of Gunnar Anti-Glare glasses I wear during my longer nerd sessions.

I have been to this location a few times, and typically every time I have gone, the experience was less than stellar. A lot of the reps that use to work there were typically not well kept. One rep even had really awful B.O. However this time, I was very impressed by everything. Way to go Alyssa! Thanks to your awesome customer service, manner and overall coolness, you single handedly secured my customer loyalty to the Cooperpoint GameStop store. Well, at least until you don't work there anymore.

The whole crew i was interacting with were great they really know how to treat people like people not just customers, not to mention their service recovery is one of the best ive witnessed.

I lucked out because this was the only GameStop that had a copy of the game I was looking for. I spoke to Michael and he helped me out with a discount that was denied at another location because their "servers are down". Super happy to have my game and the customer service was excellent.

Great experience!! I was given the advice to become a yearly pro member and get discounts on games. I received ine game for free and that paid for my menbership.The employees here were very helpful as well.

Came in looking for a few games to play with my roommate that are coop. Found a wide selection and bought up vermintide 2 and ghost recon. Also picked up gta v, which I highly recommend even just for online.

They took care of my requests, even saw to it to print an additional receipt showing the correct download code for my bonus game. Very knowledgeable.

In the past I would not have recommended this store but now with the new management the store is great. Everything from the lay out to the employees is top notch now.

Good selection of new and used games. Site to store is offered to save time. Can get crowded on the weekends if only one person is working the counter.
