Seeing Dr. Elinor was such a breath of fresh air. She puts the CARE back into the healthcare experience. I trust her with my baby, and in one visit, he trusts her as well. I highly recommend scheduling with Dr. Elinor Jordan if you’ve been looking for a healthcare provider that listens to you, or if you just need support and a partner in making a plan! It’s so convenient that she can see me and my child/children at the same visit, accepts ins, and is located in the heart of Olympia. Her recommendations seem to be well balanced in the use of both modern medicines and herbal/natural remedies, based on the individual needs of her clients. Shelly at the front desk returns calls promptly and is just as caring. I’m so grateful to have found this team!

Elinor has been my primary physician for about 15 years. During which she consistently demonstrates a total commitment to ethics. For example, she never ever encourages unnecessary appointments and will even respond to the *occasional* text, on weekends no less, at no cost. Additionally, she is also committed to providing unbiased, safe healthcare to all individuals.
Furthermore, with Elinor’s care I have been able to manage difficult health issues and come out healthier than before.
In summary, Elinor can be trusted as a consummate, knowledgeable, and compassionate professional, to a degree that is indeed rare.

I have seen her a few times. In both cases for a condition my regular doctor had been unable to help me with. Both times she provided useful information and suggested solutions that when I tried them were effective in resolving my problems.

I don't know this doctor but was upset that their one star review was unrelated to their practice and based on their contact information.

The previous review did have to do with the providers practice. If you are collaborating with other medical professionals to help your child and they are telling you they can't get ahold of your child's pediatrician and they urge you to get ahold of your child's pediatrician and it's a time sensitive matter it can be frustrating and I put that review out hoping that someone from the practice would contact me. Luckily I found an email for the practice and let her know her phones were configured incorrectly and she had it fixed. Not her fault but if I or others hadn't said anything she might not have known. All in all I feel doctor Elinor Jordan is a kind and knowledgeable doctor.
