I am a EMS helicopter pilot and depend on my eyesight. Jason Hendrix was a fantastic surgeon with a very personal touch. It was apparent from the first visit I was not just a number. Dr. Hendrix treated me as if I were his next door neighbor or close friend. I interviewed several surgeons for PRK and Dr. Hendrix really stood out. There wasn't even a close second place. His equipment and staff are top notch. Every detail was explained and every question answered. Everything from the first phone call to post operative check-ups has been seamless. I recommend Dr. Hendrix for quality eye care and surgery.

Extremely competent and personable opthamologist. Explained things very well. He could have been profited by having a model of an eye in his office to explain aspects of the procedure he was explaining or drawing pictures of.
I also appreciated the friendliness and competency of the staff at the surgical center. Nurses and CRNA were very attentive to my situation.
My eyesight was returned to a state I haven't experienced for years and my fears and apprehensions about eye surgery never materialized.

I am really impressed with Dr. Hendrix. He is so professional and you can tell that he truly cares about his patients. Great bed side manner, especially with kids. Ashlee who works in the office, as the surgical coordinator, was simply amazing. Scheduled and coordinated everything to do, with my six year olds sty removal surgery. Didnt have to worry about a thing. She was personable, friendly and truly concerned about my daughter. Followed up with a call to make sure everything went well. Top notch service from beginning to the end. Would highly recommend this doctor to all my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you so much for everything. We greatly appreciate you and helping our little girl.

Dr. Hendrix is an amazing physician. He has excellent bed side manners and is the an extremely proficient eye surgeon. He is very respectful of his patients and those he works with. Simply an excellent surgeon and person.

Dr Hendrix is qualified enough, but the staff--mostly the receptionists certainly not. After several procedures on my eye after cataract surgery, I called and asked if Dr Hendrix could call me back. Her response was, "What is it that you want--we are a very busy clinic, you know." I was not impressed.

Some of the worst customer service Representatives I’ve met
