Dr Hawkins has performed two shoulder surgeries, repaired both of my knees with a tear in the meniscus, and I've gotten several cortisone shots from him. I think he's absolutely amazing and their staff is prompt and getting back to you. Highly recommend it

I saw Josh, PA, today at Washington Orthopedic for my hand. He is amazing. He explained everything so I could easily understand him. I recommend him for all of your arm and hand evaluations.

Christy Caple is always professional and a nice person. She takes time to talk with me and gives me the opportunity to be part of the decisions regarding my orthopedic health. I have been seeing her for the same issues for 18 months and I highly recommend her to others. She never treats me like I am a bother. She truly seems to care about her patients.

Love Washington orthopedic everyone is very helpful from front desk nurses and Doctors. I've had my L knee replacement. And I fell and hurt my R knee. They got me in quick had xrays mri's. And I've done PT. If you want excellent care this is the place to go. Offices in Centralia and Olympia.

Dr Bender and I discussed the issue with my thumb. The instructions he gave me at the last visit helped me with less pain. We determined that it would be something that I would have to monitor and treat as needed.
All of the staff were friendly and courteous.

Despite the place being almost destroyed by a broken water pipe, I was seen, and all tests were done. I would not worry about seeing them again. Thank you.

I felt truly welcomed and taken care of the entire time I was there. Thank you. I feel very at ease getting prepared for surgery. Adding - I had surgery on 2-29 Dr Birchard and his entire staff have been OUTSTANDING. With any and all questions after surgery. They never once made me feel like my questions weren’t important. I fell on Friday and they fit me in today and reassured me that my knee was ok. My X-rays looked great. If you need a ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON I Highly Reccomend Washington Orthopedic and specifically Dr Birchard !!

The Medical Assistant, Brianna, who cleaned me up, took out my stitches and re-wrapped my surgical area did a wonderful job. She was very gentle, and meticulous. Thank you.

I have had surgery on both feet by Dr. Dujela and cannot say enough great things about how awesome my feet look now. I not only had huge bunions on both feet, which were removed as a plus to the corrective surgery I needed to straighten up my feet and toes. I have been going to Washington Orthopedic since 1984 (they were still in the 1800 building) with Dr Harper and Dr Hall. I have seen most of the Dr's that have been with WA Orthopedic at some point. Always very satisfied and well taken care of. I have had 8 surgeries done by Dr's at WA ortho and soon to have #9 done by Dr Bender. Lewis county is very fortunate to have such a great clinic in our area.

Dr Joshua Mayes and Dr Chad Bender take exceptional care with there patients. Dr Bender got my trigger fingers back to normal, boy did I take the use of my hands for granted. And Dr Mayes is working hard to find the cause of my shoulder pain. I like that he is not giving up on me and he won’t stop until he has found the source of my pain. And just for the record Tonya, Rn is amazing as well as Christina, PA, you rock!!!

I was taken in right at my appointment time. Everyone was very caring. My P.A. Joshua explained everything on my x-rays in understandable terms. Great job Washington Orthopedic.

Dr. Birchard explained to me very clearly my condition. He described my options and the risks involved with surgery. I have every confidence in him and his ability to help me.

Good visit with Dr. Hawkins. Very friendly and talkative. Very responsive to questions. Explained all options and which ones were not appropriate in my situation.Will be happy to see him for recommended follow up visits.

Medical receptionists & assistants were all very efficient, professional, & friendly. My appt was very much 'on time', & I didn't wait, at all, to be seen. Dr. Bender was attentive, listened to my concerns, & addressed my medical issue quickly, without making me feel rushed. My experience was awesome! I can highly recommend this clinic! :-D

Dr. Christopher Hawkins is awesome the entire staff at Washington Orthopedic center was helpful and kind. The surgery went great as has my recovery guided by Dr. Hawkins & Lacey my physical therapist. Can't thank them enough.

I'm from out of state and had surgery at Providence Centralia Hospital in Centralia, WA. Dr. Chad Bender and all the hospital staff were the best. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and treated with respect, humor, and patience. They had me laughing prior to surgery.
My past experiences there's 3 major players the physician, his/her office personnel, and the hospital. Honestly, there is usually a disconnect one of those elements isn't up to par. This is so not the case they all worked as a team. First time i have ever experienced such dedication to patients.

Dr. Hawkins is the best. Friendly, caring, explains everything so you understand. His nurse's are super friendly as well. Had the best experience there and would definitely recommend to anyone .
