Capitol City Honda Service

I can honestly tell this place takes customer service seriously. From the first initial phone contact to make an appointment to when i was recieved at the service dock to the person that overseen my visit, every single agent at every point of contact had a professional demeanor and finesse that exuded with customer service. I came here for the first time.
I needed my transmission fluid serviced. I believe it was Derek that I interacted with and from start to finish I felt like he genuinely cared about my 2015 Honda civic. My appointment was for 2pm i showed up at 1. I was in and out even though the waiting room was busy my early arrival was not an issue. Also the prices for services that I was quoted was very reasonable I did not expect that from a dealership. My first experience here was very positive I really hope it was not just a fluke because the bar has been set very high and I will be back. I really appreciated the level of service i received. In my own line of work I take customer service very seriously so it was nice to be on the receiving end this time.

Went in for an oil change and there were several other items that needed to be addressed. Wendy was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, calming and helpful. She went through options and recommendations with us. Though it was a bigger appointment than expected, we were glad to have someone like her walk us through the process and we feel good about the work that was done. Service quality was solid.

Buying a car from Capitol City Honda was a great experience. They truly care about their customers, not only during the car buying experience but after as well. They made the car buying process organized and effortless. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking to buy a car in the future. Service was ready to take care of the rear differential fluid and was done in less than one hour! I was able to use their wifi to get some work done and my kid really enjoyed the displays they had available. People were sincere all around and it is greatly appreciated!

I did not have an appointment and thought it would take quite a while. But they were very fast; even texted me when my car was ready. They were super pleasant and friendly. I definitely will return when I need another oil change.

I had my maintenance minder go out, which created quite a mess. I am a senior woman and this stuff is greek to me, Wendy was so patient in explaining and working with me. Even Jason gave me some time and we eventually develop a plan to fix my car and make it easy on me both time wise and cost wise. Definitely recommend.

I had a great visit to CCH. After my oil change, had to go to the regular service area to get something else looked at regarding my car alarm. Aaron took the time to check into it and give me an honest answer about available options. His time was much appreciated.

Awesome service! Wendy helped us a ton and they even provided a shuttle to help us kill time while we got our service done! Prices are what you’d expect from a dealer but the service is unmatched.

Aaron and his team did a great job taking care of my front brake pads and rotors, finishing the work in a shorter period of time than what I expected. He also gave some helpful driving guidance on how to extend the life of the brakes. Thank you.

I called about setting up a routine maintenance service and about a recall on my car. I was told the recall part was back ordered, but at my appointment they had the part and put it on for me. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The fine service saved me an extra trip to the shop. Thank you!

Can I give more than 5 stars?! I could recommend Capitol City Honda forever. They were so helpful when another dealer blew smoke up my tush from whom I purchased when my new van had issues in the first week. They figured out what was going on with my brand new van right away and had me back in my van the next week as a part needed to be ordered. They put me up in the biggest rental they had and it wasn’t even their issue, it should have been where I purchased from.

My one regret is I should have bought my van from Capitol City Honda from the get go because they really care about their customers.

I was quite satisfied with the service I received at your Honda Express Service Center in Olympia WA on: 12/10/2023. Moreover, the entire multipoint inspection and required service took just over an hour to complete at reasonable cost. My first visit at Honda Express and you can be sure it will not be my last as I intend to return again and again for basic Honda services. Also, the manager was friendly and accommodating. All in all I am impressed! Thank you Honda for a job well done!!!

Quick, efficient service by knowledgeable staff. They were faster than estimated and all services were carefully explained including estimates for new tires the next time. Highly recommended!

We bought our new 2012 Honda Pilot at Capital City Honda and have driven more than 40 miles each way from Auburn to have all our service done there. They are THE BEST. We have been disappointed with the quality of service at other local dealers used previously with our former vehicles. CCH has always been awesome from the start! We will be back!

Courteous, efficient and friendly…. The folks T Capitol City Honda know how to treat their customers. We bought a new car there last year simply because the service is so superior to any other dealership we have ever experienced.

Honda service never disappoints! Currently not a Honda owner, but Darrell was able to get me an oil change before a road trip when Subaru couldn't. Thank you so much! I look forward to the day I'm a Honda owner again and will return to being a regular customer.

We pulled in just before close last weekend and they completed our oil change and inspection quickly and the service was great. They’re always kind and helpful everyone we go in.

Service was friendly. As soon as I drove up, they guided me into the service bay and had me park. Then guided me to the service desk where they immediately checked me in. The service rep answered all of my questions. I was there for a new key fob for our CRV. The waiting area and lobby were modern and clean. The parts department was nice and answered all of my questions. This is what you should expect from any dealership. I'm happy with Capitol City Honda.

Great job guys! Car died in a parking lot, got it to the folks at honda. They ran a battery test, it failed, boom new battery. Happy customer.

What a great service! Dropped off my vehicle, they answered all my questions, brought me to work while my car was getting work done and then they came to pick me up to go get my car!!! Before they gave me my keys I got a detailed report of the service. 5-stars!!!
