I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. She was there every step of the way during my long 15-month process of finding the right home. She was optimistic and reassuring when I was discouraged and felt like I was never going to be able to find a place. She never made me feel pressured and truly made me feel that her top priority was finding a house I would be really happy in. She was a staunch advocate and I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with her!

Jessica Lindstrom is, hands down, the best realtor ever! She has assisted multiple members of my family with 3 purchases and 2 sales so far and we have all been incredibly happy with all she brings to the table. We very much enjoyed working with Spence through the ups and downs of the sale. We simply felt confident that Spence was following through with the transaction in the best way possible which made our lives a lot less stressful. Plus, our pre-sale meeting outlined carefully what our responsibilities were to get the home ready for sale and inspection. Spence's many years in the business gives him a clear edge in the home selling and buying arena. To be frank I don't often have much good to say about realtors but we were very fortunate to have Spence as our selling agent.

Pat Pieroni is a truly excellent realtor who far exceeded our expectations last year when he helped us buy a rental house in Olympia. Finding the house was the least of the challenges we dealt with. A survey showed that some work needed to be done and he negotiated with the seller (far more effectively than I would have done) to not only pay for the work suggested by the survey, but to make some additional repairs. After the sale he stayed in touch and we still check in with him if we need advice on (for example) finding an electrician or landscaper. As well as these professional attributes, he's a delightful person who has been a pleasure to work with and get to know. I very highly recommend him.
[Update - three years later - we retained Pat again, this time to sell the house. Once again we had excellent commitment and support through a long and complicated sales process. He was a terrific partner and adviser.]

We met Maggie Merritt at an open house and arranged for a "get to know you" appointment at our home the following day. We had interviewed multiple realtors that week and immediately felt comfortable with Maggie's knowledge and professionalism. She helped stage our home, even going so far as to help me wash windows and wipe down counters just before the photographer came. We received multiple offers (!!) within hours of the listing going live and we closed on the sale of our home a few weeks later without issue!

As our buyers agent, she showed us quite literally dozens of homes, never pressuring, always remembering what was important to us, until she became just as much of an expert on what we wanted as we were. When the right house came along, we all knew!! Again, the process was smooth and she was there every step of the way. I'll never forget how she worked late into the evening that night, emailing back and forth with our lender, in order to put together the strongest offer possible.

Her customer service was exceptional, far beyond what we have experienced with other real estate professionals in the past. Phone calls were immediately answered, texts messages and emails promptly responded to. She is knowledgeable, personable, and unafraid of a challenge. I really couldn't love her more!

We met our realtor totally by chance, but it was the best thing that could have happened. We have only been in the area for a short while, so we did not know local processes, dangers to look out for, or normal items to expect. My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first house and we didn’t have a realtor yet. I called Karen in regards to a townhouse we wanted to see and she sent Sue Sandberg over to show it to us. Sue was so friendly and understanding right off the bat. We had no idea what the process of buying a house was and she broke everything down for us and walked us through everything (multiple times) which made it a lot less stressful. Sue is actually the one who found the listing for the house we decided to buy and are now living in.
