Trek bike shop in East Olympia is excellent. Great selection of bikes, excellent customer service. We have been dealing with Geoff: very helpful !

This shop had Beyond good customer service. They helped me warranty and issue from a bike I got at another bike shop. I so appreciate it there help and quality service. I would highly recommend them for anybody shopping for a bicycle

The service received from this store was amazing. We have been searching for a bike for a while. I found on on the website and there was an option to buy it or reserve it. Since I didn’t know my size I reserved it. Within and hour or so I received a call to let me know they got the reservation and that the bike was still in the box they would build it and call me when it was complete. A couple hours later they called to let me know it was ready for pick up. When we got to the store we were greeted and invited in. The bike set aside for us, so they went and got it so I was able to try it out and make sure it fit. They guy offered accessories and once I chose them he had them installed for me while he completed my the online bike registration and ringing up the transaction. He made sure we didn’t have any other questions. This is truly a full service store and the customer service from start to finish was awesome. We will definitely consider buying future bikes from this store. Thank you!

The staff are VERY knowledgeable, if you make a purchase with your bike in shop, they will install the parts on the spot and explain the benefits compared to the other similar parts. They have a variety of top quality items, (you will pay for that quality so if you're looking to buy on a budget keep that in mind). The helmet I bought comes with a free 1 year crash warranty, has magnetic chin straps, a gopro attachment, and is very lightweight! I will definitely be coming back here for all my biking needs!

I can count on them to provide trustworthy assessments and realistic options to repair, they do a quality job of fitting for bikes and other equipment. Staff is always helpful and friendly and they complete work on time.

I was in today, one of my shifters was not working well mostly due to the cold and its old age, it is 31 years old. Chris S. (CS24) gave it a quick cleaning and some new lube. Got it back to good working order. It took him only about 10 minutes. Trek Bicycle Olympia is my bike shop! The people there have kept my 31-year-old Gary Fisher running great for many years. Great customer service and great prices! They went above and beyond to help my fiancé load my bike into a sedan and have it be ready for a trip. They also were helpful to answer questions for a bike pack trip that I was doing.

Great service from Kim who helped me out and the other employees were all super nice and helpful. Treks products are very nice but like most stores the supplies are low right now so it was hard to find the right bike and size for me without having to order it with long wait times. . That said, all other bike stores are facing similar problems. Trek was very helpful to me and I will go back and highly recommend them.

Went in with a TON of questions about mountain biking, my son and I just got into the sport. Took my son's bike with me so he could go on the test rides too. They answered all my questions and helped me steer towards the right bike for me (which happened to be the one I wanted lol). I bought the bike, then ran across the street to get a coffee before loading the bikes up, when I came back they Trek employees were cleaning my son's bike for him. That is the kind of service that makes a lasting impression, they didn't need to do that, but they went the extra mile. I cannot recommend them enough.

The staff is friendly and very helpful! They seem to really care about making sure you get a bike that fits you perfectly! I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. It truly was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in some time! Check them out you won’t regret it!

I came in with a flat rear tire from me attempting to change out my winter tires for summer tires, puncturing the inner tube in the process. I was a bit gun-shy to try and fix it myself, so I brought it in for some help. The person who helped me was understanding and calm, and easily took off the rear tire and checked the front tire for me as well. The shop's credit system was down temporarily, so I had to run to get some cash from an ATM while he replaced the inner tube for me. When I got back, he checked everything again and informed me of the Ride And Wrench classes they host to teach more about how to conduct basic maintenance on your bike. All in all, I enjoy this shop's consistent knowledge and patience for everyone who comes into the shop, and the fair prices for assistance and products.

I had taken my bike to a different shop for its yearly tune-up first and was not happy with the result so I tried a few adjustments myself before bringing my bike to Trek. However, a friend had recently had a very good experience at Trek so I brought my bike in for the 2nd level service. Before taking the bike home, I took a quick ride around the neighborhood to test the braking and shifting - the things that most needed work. I was delighted that not only was the bike staying in gear and the brake pads not dragging on untrued wheels, but the bike looked very spiffy, too!I will definitely bring my bike back in for its next yearly tune-up.Thanks for the great work!

Repair staff did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning and servicing my 20 yr old bike. Everything is operating as new, the cleaning/detail job was unexpected and very thorough. The sales reps were awesome, purchased new bikes for my partner and I, 1 had to be ordered. Was recieved and assembled in the timeframe quoted. Great shop and great people!

I've ridden bikes all my life. Now was looking for a step-through to make getting off and on the bike easier. Went to Trek, Olympia, Washington, and saw a bike that was exactly what I was envisioning. Talked to employee, got more information, and expressed some add-ons I would like to have added to it. Took it out for a trial ride and loved it. Trek employee Kym was very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and listened to everything I desired in my new bike. The bike is now mine and took it out today for its first long ride and love it. It performs very well and very comfortable. Thank you so much! Very happy customer! Also, through the years of getting annual maintenance done on bikes at Trek is excellent!

Amazing customer service. I know nothing about bicycles. The only reason I was in the shop was to pick up a very specific bike that my husband‘s best friend recommended I buy for him for his birthday. I was never made to feel silly for having such a lack of product knowledge. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and helpful. I would recommend the shop to all experienced and novice cyclists.
