Zero hassle buying experience. Wade was super easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. They are the St George dealer for Outdoors RV, which if you do some research, you will find that Outdoors RV’s are incredibly well made and the company has excellent customer service. We chose Desert Coach because they sold these specific trailers and we are very satisfied with the experience and our purchase.

Our experience with Desert Coach RV was amazing!! We found the perfect travel trailer for our family and came all the way from CA for it. Wade and Gage both helped us over the phone to answer our questions from long distance and arranged for us to purchase the trailer. They were friendly, informative, and very accommodating. Great Service dealership and very knowledgeable staff. I brought in my Genesis Supreme Toyhauler for warranty service work on the water heater not working on electric and a rear air conditioning issue of not cooling. The techs were top notch and did excellent work on the coach. The Service Manager Rockford was very knowledgeable and professional and got my RV back to me in record time with everything working as it should.
Thank you Desert Coach for your expertise and great Customer Service, I will not hesitate to bring my RV back for any further issues it might have in the future.

Our salesman Mike and sales manager Wade could not have done more to make our buying experience flawless. We bought a 2019 Outdoors RV 29TRX. Wade and Mike both worked hard to give us a fair, competitive price and to be absolutely sure that everything worked and we understood the systems during our walk through (lots of extra time on a Saturday!) All I can say is “wow.” We we’re looking at buying a used motor home as we are just starting to get into rv travel. We went to look at one at Desert Coach and it really wasn’t for us. Wade showed s another one and we fell in love. He gave us a great deal and walked us through the whole process. There was no pressure and he was honest about any flaws on the rig. For us honesty is everything so this sealed the deal. When it came time to finance we had already been pre-approved by our credit union but Wade was able to get them to lower the rate by 3/4’s of a point. Thank you Wade! Then we asked about setting up our car to be towed. They handle that too. Abe and Marc in the service department got the parts ordered and we will be on the road in no time. Finally, Braxton, who got our purchase prepped was very meticulous and thorough. He then showed us all the key features inside and out and answered all our questions. The owners, Jay and Sandy should be very proud of their team. Awesome experience!

We live in our rv for 6 months a year, so getting work done while traveling is a pain. We needed warranty work done, and this dealership was amazing. They completed our list in just a few hours. Everything was nicely done. The whole crew was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely use this dealership again!

Greatly Pleased with Desert Coach RV
We recently found online, at Desert Coach RV, the exact RV replacement for which we had been searching for several years. Concerned that it might already be sold, sales manager Wade assured us it was there and available. After asking many specific questions about the RV, which Wade genially answered, even walking out to the RV to confirm his recollection, we felt certain that this was the one for us.
The location of Desert Coach RV was 500 miles from us. Before being able to make the drive to St. George, we needed to complete some appointments at home as well as unload the current RV before hauling it to DCRV with the assumption all would go well with our decision to purchase the RV once we saw it in person. Wade accommodated us by allowing us to make a monetary hold for the sight unseen rig.
Once there, all the crew at Desert Coach RV were friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. The sales team, technicians and also the RV supply/parts department knew about us and the RV we hoped to buy: “Oh, you are the ones who came about the Montana”.
DCRV is a small enough business that they seemed like family to each other, and included us as family guests, even setting us up with a place to plug in our RV for the night, and suggesting places to eat and wonderful sites to visit in the beautiful red rock area while we waited for them to prep the newer rig. They accommodated us by moving the washer and dryer from our rig to the new one, along with our preferred mattress and new-ish batteries.
Thanks to all there for making our two days in the St. George area at Desert Coach RV a comfortable and pleasant purchase process.

After reading online reviews I was hesitant to go into this RV Shop. I did because they sold the RV I was interested in. I discussed the negative online comments with Joe, the manager who assisted me. Joe was concerned about the negative comments and assured me they were doing everything they could to change the negativity. My experience with Desert Coach RV has been positive. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. I've been completely satisfied with Desert Coach RV and will continue to do business with them.

We were passing thru Saint George and had a RV emergency. Our A/C unit was ripped off the top of our camper. These guys were able to get us in and repaired and we were on the road again the same day. They were hardworking, respectful and professional. Thank you, Joe W, and Tyler

I searched every RV parts store in St George and could not find what I needed. Then I went to Desert Coach RV and they had exactly what I needed! Evidently the part is out of stock and on back order for most places, so thank goodness for Desert Coach RV! They saved my vacation!

Super shop! We were passing through southern Utah when one of the state parks had a surge disabling our inverter / charger. We travelled over to St. George and called Desert RV on Monday morning. They had us in by lunch and stayed late that day to make sure they had us fixed up and back on the road. We were so pleased we went back later in the week to have some more work done. Everyone was super helpful and willing to talk through what had been found and fixed. Highly recommended.

Called Malin (Service Mgr) last minute and he found room to get out Motorhome in for Pre Trip Inspection and Service within days of the call for help. (Other places were weeks out.) The inspection found our coach in pretty good shape still, but they did find some issues that needed attention quicker then others, due to safety. The tech made a list in order of what should be addressed NOW, and what can wait. They were able to address the #1 thru #3 listed items that same day so we can take RV out for our planned trip. THANK YOU MALIN AND DESERT COACH RV SERVICE DEPARTMENT... We will travel at ease, knowing our RV is in a safe condition for travel and living...

As my experience has changed, I am editing this review, sorry for the long story here. Honestly, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The sales manager Wade really went above and beyond for my mother. She bought a really nice rv for a really good price. We got it to the lot. Ofc the real estate agent didn't give us the proper paperwork for the HOA. So. They came running out screaming how we arent approved and can't put that "big 5th wheel" here. Wade tore into them for us and got it all settled. I really gotta give him some serious props. He really went above and beyond just the job. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will be a customer for life here now and refuse to get the next RV anywhere else.

Bought a 2019 motorhome from Desert Coach. Love this place and my purchase. They do what they say they are going to do. Wade is the best!!! Everything was smooth and thoughtful towards our comfort.

The folks at Desert Coach are the best! We came down to St George to buy a Fleetwood Arcadia popup trailer camper from a private seller, and it needed some things. We went to CamperWorld and were greeted by the most lethargic, detached people EVER, zombies really. That place was almost creepy, no one seemed happy. It was getting late on a Friday and everyone would have been closing soon. We needed a plate installed for the new sway control bar, an important safety item that would have been a big problem to be without since we were heading to Zion and back north to return home via the highway, and they were useless in that regard. After some searching I landed on Desert Coach, they said to come on down they would see what they could do. SO GLAD WE DID!!

Tony, Hunter and Rock bent over backwards to make sure we were not only safe with their very professional installation of the sway control bar, but also emptied the old water left by the previous owner (yuck!) and filled us up so we had plenty fresh for the weekend in Zion. They answered questions (lotsa questions!) and got us a few essentials to make sure we were well situated for the trip, AND DIDN'T CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG. We were on our way and made it to our boondock campsite in central Zion in time to be set up before sundown.

Thanks fellas, we are so grateful for having found you! You really took care of us, and we won't soon forget it. GO SEE THESE GUYS!!!

We dropped into Desert Coach Sales today, we had an issue with our Forest River Rpod. Tony, the sales manager, proceeded to delve into our leaking water system and fixed it within half an hour. Fantastic service, would return in a heart beat.
