Memorial Medical Plz

Two floors of medical offices conveniently located across from Providence St Peter Hospital. I frequently have different appointments and tests here. It is well laid out with good parking. Although the main entrance for the second floor is on the side.

Always timely, everyone very friendly and knowing their profession. Never a bad experience in 60 years coming here for one reason or another. The location is another plus.

Took my mother to TRA imaging. They always treat her so good. Like she is a human being. They treat her with such compassion always.

I had to get a colonoscopy done here and the people where really nice and took very good care of me.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and informative. Something I've noted missing with other medical facilities.

The lobby upstairs was incredibly dusty. I know it may not be the nurse's job, but come on have some dignity in what surrounds you.

This place picks and chooses which appointments caretakers can go into with the patient. On the lower level I can accompany the patient as their caretaker, the upper level I cannot. Then there is no written information for the caretaker. Heaven forbid it's something really important and the patient forgets the information.

I’ve never experienced a more rude staff to get my blood drawn. Today I went in for a glucose test and the lady at the desk was actually very nice but Frances this is for you; maybe you shouldn’t get mad at a mom that was walking to keep her toddler entertained in the last 4 minutes of my 2 hour wait. Frances yells my name and sees me walking towards her then shuts the door in my face, then when I walk too her from around the counter and tell her “sorry I was walking the last 4mins” She says “you’ll be back for the 3 hour test, this is meant to be a resting test.” I honestly hate the staffs attitude at both the obgyn and laboratory. I would avoid this facility at any cost.
