Matt was friendly, helpful, and competent. My dog loved him, and she is the best judge. He did do a great job in addition to being so nice! Arnie also came back to follow up, and he was great, as well! So far, Northern seems like a very good company.

Hired Northern Electric for electrical work on a new construction single family house. A company that does exceptional work, provides logical recommendations, Is consistent with their schedules and invoices no more than what they said the estimate was going to be! Work is quality.

Arnie and Lilo did an amazing job. They were respectful and thorough. Took their time and rewired my 1920's home with no holes left in my walls, which was very appreciated. Would hire NEC again!

We needed our main electrical power box replaced and the power line to the house raised several feet to meet city code. It was a 2-day job requiring coordination with Provo Power to disconnect and reconnect the main power line. Lilo Vaai and Arnie Paulsen from Northern Electric Company did a superb job installing the new power box and the mast to elevate the main power line to the necessary height, then reconnecting power to the house circuits with minimal electrical service disruption. They explained what was going on every step of the way and answered all of my questions to the utmost satisfaction. I would hire them in a heartbeat to do any other electrical job that needed to be done, and give them my fullest endorsement and highest recommendation to anyone needing electrical work done!!!!

Northern Electric was able to send an electrician out the next day for a very small job (install a Google Nest camera/flood light fixture) because of a cancellation. Matthew was friendly, helpful, and very competent. NEC is now my go-to electric company.

I cannot speak highly enough of the work and professionalism of the 2 NEC electricians (Arnie and Lilo) who just completed work for me at my house. Seriously, they were as good as it gets! They are not just incredibly competent but they are excellent at listening to what you want. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Arnie and Lilo did the install and did an absolutely amazing job. We have a lath and plaster ceiling and expected to come home to a mess and were pleasantly surprised at how clean they left our home. They even went above and beyond by dismantling 3 ceiling fans, separating by each part and neatly stacking them! We love the new lightning! Thank you!

Brice did a great job replacing an attic vent fan, had everything required to do the job. Very personable and willing to explain the details about what he was doing. Would gladly have him do further work.

This Company is super-responsive and good at the work we needed. Dallin was kind, well-educated, respectful. He cared about our issue and was able to fix it. Some time after he left, we had anther problem and he came right back to fix it up.

all the folks at NEC are great to work with from the estimate to scheduling to getting the work completed. I had to reduce the scope of work and they didn't mind at all, I just T&M with them. Paid a deposit and the balance!
