Not only was the coffee exceptional, but the service was equally remarkable. The staff at Coffee Bean were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. They were more than willing to answer my questions, recommend new blends, and even customize my drink to my exact preference. It's refreshing to see such dedication and genuine care for the customer experience.

First time visiting this coffee bean and the customer service that I received from Brenda was extremely professional. My order was repeated to me as well as my change. I recommend this coffee bean to anyone that likes coffee.

I love getting my ice blended dark chocolate with oat milk and whip. Sometimes, I add a shot of espresso.
Today, I ordered the vanilla ice blended with the espresso poured over and oat milk. It's pretty tasty but nothing beats my staple.
The batista are wonderful and devoted souls who always have smiles on their faces and cordial greetings. These are good people and I appreciate their service and skills. I love the drive thru option and use it frequently so I don't have to get out of my car.

This is a very mellow place with indoor and outdoor seating. You can take the Culver City Green Bus 6. It drops you off right in front of the Coffee Bean at the bus bench. Shopping nearby.
A server there remembers me from the Coffee Bean at Venice/Hughes. He always comps me an iced tea. I heard it was an older Coffee Bean. Therefore, they have bathrooms! They also have a drive thru . The people work really hard here.
The seats inside are often full but you can eat outside on the ample tables on the patio.
This Coffee Bean has all the amenities and delicious food and drink. You will love it.

This is a busy location! Obviously they know how to keep customers happy... offering free cups of coffee with purchases of beans, which of course they grind to your preference. Lots of go-withs too.

Best Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in LA hands down. The baristas are amazing, everyone I’ve met has been nothing but chill and the best. While there might be issues in terms of space and parking, the heart and soul of this Coffee Bean transcends any coffee shop I’ve been to and it’s because of the exceptional service and relationships.

I’ve been going to Coffee Bean for years. My go to location always depends on my route. This particular one fell on my route since moving from Ktown to the westside in 2019. There has been a lot of team members who have come and gone but the culture still remains. I don’t expect every barista to know my drink, although it’s nice when they do lol, but I appreciate how everyone acts like they want to be there and the service is always great. I know culture always comes from top to bottom. I appreciate your culture.

I love Coffee Bean. Great coffee and nice staff. This one has a very popular drive-through. They were in line into the street. It looks like it’s a temporary building, but I remember when it went up years ago and it’s still here! This one’s not plush, but there is indoor and outdoor dining. Wear a mask or you can’t get in!

Positive visit via drive thru ordering. Staff are using protective gear & are doing a good job. Be patient as it may take a few more minutes to get your order when a special is going on...now thru Thursday.

You can’t go wrong with CB&TL. I love their drinks. The staff is pretty chill and they even have a drive thru! They are open till 10!!

This is a great Coffe Bean & Tea Leaf on the west side. The location is busy, but don't let that stop you from going. The line moves quickly and you typically can find a place to sit and pull out the laptop. I'm a serious coffee drinker and the java here is always fresh (or they are willing to make you fresh asap.) Definitely great place to relax and enjoy the city, especially during a busy day!

Mostly only go through the drive-thru but have never been disappointed or had any problems. The only Coffee Bean location for quite a ways that is open late (very much appreciated!) and that has a drive-thru. The staff here is always professional and they offer coffee until midnight - amazing!
