After months of agonizing what I wanted done with my hair Jackie understood what I envisioned & made it happen! I'm extremely happy with my style & my new stylist!

Hands down best salon experience I have ever had. Jackie is a wonderful human and you can see how much she loves her job through the beautiful results you will get from her. She walked me through what the process would be to get me where I wanted to be color wise, she is extremely knowledgeable and told me what she recommended so that my hair would stay as healthy as possible. I am absolutely in love with my results and will absolutely be returning to her from now on!!

Jaclyn Raen Salon is a fantastic local business. Jackie is a skilled stylist and has a gifted ability to revitalize damaged hair. Jackie cares about her customers and cares about their needs. She cares about her community and spends time handing out donated items to the homeless, adopting animals in need and raising her children. Her salon is clean, quiet and smells delicious since she shares a wall with Zoe's Juice Bar. I recommend checking it out and booking a session with Jackie.

Jackie is not only an amazing hair stylist, she is one of the most passionate, loving humans I have ever met. She will do anything for others and her passion to do good is infectious.... I have been lucky to call her a second sister and knowing she will be there for me no matter what!!! Jackie's talents are beyond any hair stylist in the Olympia area... she loves this City and is doing everything she possibly can to save it from homeless destruction!! This video is the sad truth of what Olympia has become... I commend her for being strong enough to open her mouth when everyone else seems to only be able to speak when it's talking bad about her. Get angry at the system.... not someone trying to change things for the better....

Best Salon in Thurston/Pierce Counties! Jackie really listens to what you want in your cut. She knew exactly how to cut my fine hair (but I have a LOT of hair and it's hard to keep a good cut) and gave me tips on how to keep it looking fresh until my next visit. I won't go anywhere else!

Jackie has been doing my hair for about 8 years now?! I’ve staryed a few times to try new things and always find my way back to the girl that knows my hair❤ Jackie has become such a huge, positive part of my life. She never fails me ! My hair means so much to me, and Jackie helps me keep it just the way I like it !

Best salon in Olympia!!! I would highly recommend it. I am a regular salon goer and have to say this is my favorite. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing. The owner, Jackie, knows how to bring my vision to fruition. She is compassionate, kind and extremely talented at what she does.

Jackie has come to my rescue more than once. I “strayed” and went to another salon and called her in a panic because the cut and color from the other salon was awful! I have grown to expect impeccable service and Jackie never lets me down!
I noticed the comment about her recent video...homelessness is, no doubt, a problem all over the nation. Jackie spent a better part of last year collecting items from local businesses, including our office, to make up kits to help people living on the streets. She spent her spare time handing out these kits and did it because of her warm heart and because she has compassion for those in need.
If you watched her video, you would take home the message that these tent cities have popped up over the course of a couple of months in Olympia. This is about awareness. About our city becoming an unsafe place to be. In broad daylight. A place I wouldn’t have given a second thought to bring my children for a walk is now a place that we feel reluctant to do so. Nobody has a clear solution but if we don’t begin by actually recognizing, then how can we begin to rehabilitate and make Olympia a safe place to be? I’m not sure what the percentage of those who live on the streets that have drug problems is, but I’m guessing it is quite high. Just a guess.

I’ve been getting my hair done at Jaclyn Raen Salon for years and I LOVE IT! The owner and stylists are AMAZING, the salon is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is always fun and friendly. I get asked all the time who does my hair which says a lot by itself, I recommend this place to everyone!! ❤

This salon is the absolute best! The atmosphere here is so fun and professional and the stylists are so talented. The salon is decorated so stylist and trendy and it's so CLEAN! I just got an ombre and cut done here by stylist Alissa and she was fantastic! I will definitely be back when I'm ready for my next new look!

I went, great cut and when I called to reschedule another time (3 messages in 2 weeks with my phone and name) they never called back. Flakey.

Under no circumstances am I interested in recommending this neighborhood salon after watching the video of the owner mocking those less fortunate than herself.
