I recently was helping a senior who lives here in Eagles Landing and thought i would comment on this neighborhood. This is the nicest mobile home park for seniors I have ever seen. All of the homes were like new very clean and nicely landscaped. Everyone is friendly. They have a nice modern club house. As i was leaving i saw a sign mentioning bingo, coffee, and donuts. They just put new asphault on the park roads up to the driveways. Location is close to stores in Tumwater Wa and bus stops. Im not sure what the lease is for a lot but they dont have many homes come up for sale so it must be reasonable. If your looking for a place to live in a park for seniors check it out!

We just bought a place in this park .The manager Kathy and get husband Ed are just wonderful people .We are truly blessed to have a great place to call home .The park is very well kept and the people are absolutely kind and loving. This is truly a beautiful park .I was trying to get rid of a bees nest in the wall of my home .Ed one of the managers was driving by asked me what I was doing came and helped me set up the shop vac and vacuumed the bees out .In a few days all the bees were gone .Thanks Ed

Awesome place to live. Great Manager and very very clean and neat. One of the few parks where homes have 2 car garages.
