Best Buy

Just went to Best buy and had a wonderful experience with a knowledgeable store assistant. His name is Ashton, and he looked up info on the Quest 3 for us. We are planning on coming back and shop after looking into the specks a bit more. Best Buy seems to have the best price we've seen for the Quest.

5 stars for the car audio staff. Super helpful and I'm really enjoying my new audio system. The rest of the store is okay, but often difficult to find help in.

My mother had an issue that even I couldn't figure out with her computer and phone's pictures. We met a young man named Henry working at the Geek Squad area who was extremely helpful and friendly! She will see him again, I'm sure! His professionalism and friendliness are a testament to the kind of staff Best Buy employs!

Honestly, in the past, I have not been a fan of Best Buy. But, my last experience was very good. I had a new Sony Navigation screen installed into a 2011 Honda CRV. The two guys in the mechanic bay were absolutely awesome, just really great customer service. The ordering of parts and installation went smoothly and afterwards they walked me through the how-to on the unit. The reason brick & mortar stores exist is for the customer service, prices are not that great at best buy, as it is hard to compete with online sales that have low overhead. But this experience with the Best Buy installation crew was awesome!

Bought my son an apple car Plat stereo for his Audi. The guys,in installation, were so helpful in helping me get the right parts to install it correctly. They did a great installation. It looks like it belongs and works great. So happy for the experience.

Busy afternoon but I was lucky to be seen at the Geek Squad desk as a walk-in. Friendly assistance. They found my computer problem fast, fixed it, and I was on my way. If you have a complicated problem, it might be better to make an appointment.

Had the usb printer cable I needed. Good selection of appliances. The total tech membership is useful for tech support and delivery if you plan to make a few appliance purchases. Staff is helpful. Extra star for company-wide commitment to recycling.

Winter is my hero. My tablet was slow and I didn't know what to do. The Mint mobile app was no longer available and I didn't know what was wrong. Winter took the time to find that I had used up my data, bookmarked the information and patiently showed me how to access it. This was such amazing customer service.

Remote starter installed. Davo and Dominic did a great job. Explained things clearly and finished right on time. Way Better than car toys.

Had two great associates help me today. One with best buy and another was a Dell rep. They were great help with a laptop and no high pressure on the add ons

Went in about an hour before close on a Sunday. Several people greeted us and helped out. I needed to find the right item and get my screen protector replaced. So many friendly helpful folx and they got it done fast. Thanks!

We had Luke and Grant come to our home and instal smart lighting, locks and security equipment. They were very knowledgeable and we are completely happy with how smooth it went. Their experience was valuable, their contribution made it more than worth it rather what I would have done alone. They are an asset to Best Buy.

Very impressed with the service we received. The knowledge of the associates was good and we didn't fee intense pressure to buy. All of our questions regarding a very large purchase were answered.

Stopped in to buy an internal power supply for my computer ,I received excellent service from a store tech ,he or I wasn't sure if it would fit in my case ,sure enough it woulded .I returned it a couple of days later,the easiest return I think i've ever done .I love the store layout & they are loaded with inventory .

Great store with helpful staff. Online pick up location isn't well thought out though. Longer line this time of year but it looks like it's a new addition so hopefully they work that out soon.

All of the employees are very helpful and eager to please. Always smiles and greetings, even the security guard is helpful! I went in with friends to shop for Christmas and found exactly what I was looking for and more.

I often Go to this place to do my purchasing and I've always gotten great assistance and a kind push in the right direction if I genuinely could not get what I needed from that particular area.

We had a great experience with Waylon at Best Buy at the Capital Mall in Olympia. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and even had a sense of humor. We were looking for a good exterior camera that was very "user friendly" considering I am essentially terrible with tech of any kind. We plan to be back for my samsung watch and some other gadgets like a new TV for the living room. Thanks again best buy and Waylon!
