Dr. Chong has an excellent technique for shots. And that's the worst part of treatment for me. He provided 3 viable options, and communicated well. The other staff members were just great.

I arrive a few minutes before my appointment and was taken back right after I arrived. The X-ray tech was friendly and efficient. Dr. Chong explained in detail potential problems I have and the options for further care. The hygienist was fully engaged with cleaning and evaluating the condition of my teeth and gums. Excellent dental care!

As always, my experience was a pleasant one. Dr. Chong and his staff are very friendly and professional and his work is exemplary! I highly recommend Capital City Smiles.

I had been looking for a new dentist after having a bad experience. I am so glad I found Capital City Smiles. Today was my first Appointment and they have a patient for life.

I was steeled to face a long stretch of torture, but my dentist at Capital City Smiles caused me little discomfort. He radiates good-guyness, is easygoing and pleasant while telling it like it is. I considered purposely neglecting my teeth to have an excuse to come back and talk, but that would be weird and possibly painful (I have a cavity). I regret bringing up Little Shop of Horrors, which he's probably heard a million times.

This clinic also has imaging equipment that was uncomfortable only a couple of times--much better than the old green plasticine-like molding method.

Added: In trying to shorten my review, I forgot to add that this clinic overall is excellent. I mention discomfort only to make my review as honest as possible. I was having a root canal done, so my experience was unusually good.

I also forgot to add that the receptionist, Nicole, is excellent as well....she's very knowledgeable and helped my experience to go smoothly.

They were very thorough i fell and hit my teeth which are sensitive. Made sure to examine them. Nick cleaned my teeth and it didn't hurt at all. Need to get them checked again to be sure my teeth and gums are normal. Very informative .

Would 100% recommend Capital City Smiles. I had a bad filling from a previous dentist awhile ago. There was a sharp ledge between my teeth and it was always catching food, which seemed like it would perpetuate a problem the filling was supposed to fix. When I told my previous dentist, my concerns were brushed aside and he didn't provide any solution. When I switched dentists, this was the first thing I brought up with the hygienist and the dentist. Dr. Chong listened, took my concerns seriously and identified the problem quickly. He ended up needing to replace the filling and it is a world of a difference. The filling is totally smooth and I can't even tell it's there anymore. No more food getting stuck and awkward flossing! Also Nick, the hygienist, is the best! He's very thorough in his cleaning and always has good tips in keeping my teeth/gums healthy.

Both the staff and the doctor were very friendly ,courteous and professional. I was joking with the doctor that he should change the business name to painless capital city smiles. Truly, my extraction was painless and quick. I was kept informed as to what the procedure was and how it was going. I would highly recommend Dr Chong.

Haven't been to the dentist in a few years and only been a handful of times all together. Had a great experience and despite me not taking care of my teeth as good as I should, I left feeling good about my teeth and feeling like I need to take better care of my teeth. Everyone was great and I was surprised when I was talking to the dental hygienist about myself and that she remembered and relayed it to the dentist. 10 out of 10 recommend

Capital City Smiles has raised the bar high with regard to Dentistry. Patient support/care is superlative starting with the receptionist, continuing with the Dental technicians, & finishing with Dr. Chong.

Capital City Smiles is the best dentist office ever. I have very high anxiety about dentist visits, having had many horrible dental experiences in the past, but everyone in this office is kind and caring, making sure I am comfortable and relaxed. There are no surprises when I'm in the chair. I recommend them to everyone I know!

They understood my fear of oral surgery and really made sure I was comfortable, and talked me through the whole procedure. It was far less scary than I thought, which is so cool! Such an amazing team.
