Dr. Smith is the best!! He’s very gentle and makes sure you are comfortable during your procedure. Glenna did a great job with my cleaning. Also very caring!

Really helpful and always willing to take the extra time to make sure my bite feels right after having work done. They have squeezed me in when I've had something come up, and they are always super friendly. I love how they take the extra time to explain things, too. I highly recommend!

Great, great family dentist. I've been coming here for close to 20 years. Front desk, techs and Dr Hutchinson are always super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. There is absolutely no up-selling at this office which seems to be a trend in some dental clinics. They truly care about your dental health. While the exterior is unassuming, my 6 year old daughter loves coming here. Staff make her feel very comfortable and safe. Bonus, she gets a surprise and stickers after the visit!

Dr Hutchinson and his staff are fantastic! It is a totally state of the art practice with all the latest tools, etc., and Dr. Hutchinson has a great reputation for volunteering to help low income kids with dental work over the years. He visits with all his patients and truly takes an interest in you as a person. His caring is reflected in the entire staff, from the minute you walk in the door. In chatting with the dental techs, they all say it is a great place to work. When my wife had issues with another dentist in town, I referred her over and she confirmed that "the Hutch" and staff are the best..

Our family has been extremely well-served by Dr. Hutchinson and all of his staff. They are all friendly, kind, professional, and competent. They have worked to squeeze in our son who lives out of town on several occasions, even going out of their way to come in early or stay late. They always do first class work and we have never felt that we were being forced to do anything...just educated and given a choice. We feel very trusting of our care by Dr. Hutchinson and his staff.

Dr. Hutchinson has been my dentist for many years. His practice operates more than just "business like". He is professional and efficient (of course), as are the entire staff at the office. They are open to questions, and carefully explain prices, check on insurance coverage, etc. A few months ago I had to quickly cancel an appointment on a weekend because of a family medical emergency that called me out of town. There was no problem. I feel that Dr. Hutchinson and the entire office staff go out of their way to build and maintain a personal relationship with their patients. Hutchinson Dental is the best, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Hutchinson is hands down the BEST Dentist I have ever gone to! I had been going to the same dentist office for over 35 years. Over the years, the dental practice had been sold 5 different times, yet I remained loyal to that office. I transferred for work to an area 4 hrs away from home, so I looked for a dentist near my office. Dr. Hutchinson was recommended by a co-worker. The BEST decision I ever made! EVERYONE in the office immediately made me feel welcome & as if I had been going there all my life! I feel spoiled every time I go there! I had a full check-up & cleaning and two crowns replaced. I have no trouble getting in for appointments & never have to wait more than 5 minutes once I get there. The dental care received is thorough and complete and everyone is treated as if you are a part of the family! It's a small practice, so you really do become part of their family! I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist! I recently retired and moved back to my hometown, but will definitely continue going here! It's worth the 4 hour drive!

I had a tooth break and when I called they got me in right away. Everyone was so friendly and made sure every step of the way that I was comfortable. Dr Hutchinson was gentle and thorough making sure everything was done right. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish that I made appointments for my entire family for their yearly exams before I left. Definatly would recommend Dr. Hutchinson to everyone!

I debated a lot about how much to gush about Dr Hutchinson and his staff, I realize I risk sounding disingenuous but the truth is they deserve some gushing. Dr Hutchinson and all who work with/ for him are exceptional. They stay current with new approaches and dentistry trends, and always listen to my concerns and questions. I've never had to wait long and I've always been shown the utmost respect. They are compassionate and on many occasions have gone above and beyond. I take my toddler there too now, and they are great with him. Suffice to say, i no longer dread going to the dentist. I would and do recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist or dissatisfied with their current one.

Was having intense tooth pains and wasn't able to make an appointment with my normal dentist until 2 months out. called Dr. Hutchinson's office and they got me in that morning. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Hutchinson was decisive and knew what he was talking about. I was in and out with no problems and left better for it. I strongly recommend this practice.

I first went to Dr Hutchinson during college in the early 90s. For various reasons, I went to a couple different dentists after that. After a particularly bad bedside manner with one of them, my wife said, "Why don't you go back to Dr Hutchinson," and I did and I've been happy there for half a dozen years or more now. The staff are relaxed but highly capable, and they custom-tailor each patient's experience, be it a child or adult. Their first priority is your comfort, closely followed by helping you keep your teeth healthy!

I am 68 years old and recently moved to Olympia. One thing I found hard to get here is access to good medical assistance. Often I have been told that "the doctor is not accepting new patients". So when I lost a filling in a front tooth I was given Dr. Hutchinson's number by a friend. I have had very painful dental experiences in the past; my mother sending me to a dentist who would drill 10 to 20 teeth a year without any anesthesia (and often unnecessarily, I suspect to make more money). So I was very pleased when I went to Dr. Hutchinson's office. The receptionist, Sarah was one of the nicest people I've ever met as well as Ariel the other front desk person. Dr. Hutchinson is kind, gentle, professional, experienced ,and a " good man" (having recently returned from doing charitable dentistry for the poor in Mexico). I was surprised when he told me an assistant would be doing the drilling (as this was allowed in WA) but was happy to find out that this was Barbara, the person who took my x-rays. She is one of most joyful people I've ever met and had the most gentle touch so I felt no pain whatsoever. Then there was the hygienist, Samantha, who informed me that I needed to take better care of my gums, who was firm and efficient without being judgmental. The thing that I remember most while being under the effect of nitrous oxide, was all the laughter I heard throughout the office. I was happy also: I had great work done, felt NO pain, and had a pleasant experience. At the dentist, no less!!! I have, and would strongly recommend Dr. Hutchinson's practice.

I have only made one visit to Dr. Hutchinson thus far, but I had a great experience. There was very little wait time, friendly staff, and they were very informative and clear with their procedures. The only downfalls in my experience were the discomfort of the tool placement during x-rays and that I did not get to choose the polish flavor and was given one that I often attempt to avoid. Overall, very satisfied.

I have been a patient for many years because I cannot imagine that any other Doctor or their staff could be as professional, friendly and effective as Dr. Hutchinson and his team. Every trip has been a comfortable experience. Every procedure, be it a cleaning or a filling, has been thurough. And most importantly, I always know they care.

Dr. Hutchinson has been my dentist for a very long time. My children and granddaughter also see Dr. Hutchinson. We are all very pleased with the services they provide. I highly recommend him to everyone.
