Rent has gone up really fast and they are starting to charge residence for water (which is confusing since it seems we still have a septic). There are no street lights and place is starting to look run down. I have become disappointed in the last couple of years.

They are not up front on their paperwork about dog restrictions and waste a day of my time. The park itself is run down with no amenities and is overcharging for rent.

Looking at buying a place for my mom and me. I take care of my mom. Dude completely shut me down. He was completely fake and rude. Don't buy a place here. Take your money elsewhere.
