I was expecting bad service but instead was pleasantly surprised. I was on hold as expected but for only about 10 minutes. Also, the person who helped was able to answer my questions (I'd called 3 other numbers/offices for same info), provided information and services...just excellent! Thank you!

I needed to call twice within the last month to clarify some issues I was having. I have to say I was impressed with the quality of the representatives. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and helped me sail through the process fairly easily. This was not the experience I had several years back but they have definitely done much to improve their system and the quality of their hires. I am pleasantly surprised and impressed!

I just had to call and verify that HCA got the information I uploaded through WAHealthplanfinder. I see some bad reviews on here, and maybe other people found something different, but my call was answered right when I called and everything got taken care of in under 5 minutes. Also, Shannon was who I talked to, and she was very pleasant to talk to. She made sure I understood everything, she did everything quickly and made a call that I thought might be a hassle, very easy and nice. I couldn't find a way to contact them to tell them how well she did, and probably always does, but I wish there was a way.

They are very busy with open enrollment. I had to wait about 15 minutes- much faster than driving over or mail. The lady who helped me was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted to do. She was able to help me get it done. I appreciate the folks at HCA. Thank you! Dave

I appreciated the free parking lot across the street and without an appointment, I was greeted by a friendly lady, received a security badge and sat down to wait . Within a few minutes, a staff member called me into his office and he quickly helped me complete the needed forms. I was in and out of the building within probably 30 minutes! Thank you! Lia

Everytime I assist a family member with their health care information the Health Care Authority has been so helpful. The easiest way to send in documents required is by using the email address. No more snail mail.

Getting signed up was easy, getting it renewed was easy, and it covered wayyy more than I thought it would. I was so happy and relieved with my time on this plan.

We received excellent service today from everyone we met, from the initial check in receptionist to a social worker, Thomas, and an EBT clerk, Nick, and the very informed Elena, of Apple Medicaid. Thank you to each of you!

I can honestly say Gabe helped me more than anyone since I moved here to Washington, i know God will bless him always:)! Great customer service, great personality and amazing person!

Going in person is the only way to go. I'd tried calling but got no where. In person I got all my questions answered quickl

A great place to work. The best work environment I've ever been in. It's very easy for the public to get HCA confused with applehealth etc.

Two visits 20 minutes or less wait.
