Great service from original call, to the wood stove install.. nice people to work with.. very knowledgeable and at an affordable price.. I'm planning on having these guys doing my annual cleaning..

I have a Whitfield pellet stove from the 90's kinda a pain to clean. The fellas from A-1 (always the same great guys) came out took it apart a bit and cleaned it up quick and fast and did an amazing job.. Very knowledgeable and professional guys. I will have them out every year to clean my chimney.

1. I was impressed and grateful that they would do business in East Lewis County.
2. They were prompt on their arrival time.
3. The man that I talked to on the phone was polite and professional.
4. The price was reasonable.
5. And, they did a though job.

Best sweep I've ever had done. These guys know their stuff. Professional and friendly. Don't waste time calling anyone else. Highly recommended.

Good job on the one insert fireplace chimney that needed cleaning. Examined the unit and gave some maintenance suggestions. No hard sales. On the other chimney, they said it did not need to be cleaned.

Great response! My last sweep went out of business. A1 Sceduled an appt right away.

The crew was here less than 20 minutes to inspect my stove and chimney pipe and charged me $150.I can see if they cleaned the chimney but that seems like alot for a real quick /easy inspection. I will go else where for sure next time for a better service for less too.

They showed up went onto my roof gave me a quote I did not agree. One of them went back onto the roof then they came down and left. I went up an hour later and my 8'' chimney pipe was left completely open. I was never told it was left open to the elements. I would not recommend this company

Horrible customer service. Couldnt take a moment to listen to what i was trying to explain, kept talking over me telling me he didnt know who did fireplace work.... you advertise that you do service on them then treat people that call to ask questions like they are dumb.
