I would recommend this office for your dental needs! I have enjoyed going to Dr. Hancocks office for upwards of 8 years now.
I have had several fillings, cleanings and two teeth removed. They have always been courteous at the front desk, quick to fit me into their schedules, and they have done an excellent job at their fillings. The tooth removals were surprisingly quick, and they made sure they adequately numbed the nerves to avoid any pain. I recently had my 9 year old son in for the first time to remove a baby tooth that had cracked. Dr. Hancock did a fine job working with my boy through the process so that he didn't even realize it had been removed until later! :)

Dr. Hancock and staff are friendly, helpful and have been great with my kids. My son had a tooth extracted today and was scared, but they were super patient and now my son is super happy and proud of himself. We really appreciate the care we have received as a family.

I was referred here for a full extraction and dentures a couple months ago. Within the 1st month, I had my consultation, denture fitting & a full extraction. Next week I will have a new set of teeth. The customer service had been amazing & they took excellent care of me & I have been referring everyone I know.

Dr. Hancock has been a wonderful family dentist for years. He has worked with my children and they have always had a wonderful experiences leading to little to no complaining when it is time for a check up. Dr. Hancock is flexible and will always accommodate for urgent visits. We are always seen very quickly with very limited wait time as well. The staff is always helpful and willing to look up insurance information for us whenever we have asked. Our family will continue to see Dr. Hancock until he retires.

I had my top teeth and 5 bottoms extracted yesterday. They weren't savable due to bad maintenance(pain and childhood ptsd) and a pregnancy with a round of H.G.

Dr Hancock's team was AMAZING!!!!!!!

They took my extremely anxiety filled self and talked me through everything multuple times.

Came in day of surgery got my sedation meds and had to have a little extra numbing one sensitive tooth, but that tooth was a problem causer from the beginning.

They got my cleaning out of the way first and a filling that were initially going to be a whole 2nd appointment.

Then they got to work on the teeth.

I couldn't have had this procedure go more smoothly even if I'd have been completely unconcious, and I believe it's due to Dr. Hancock and his teams knowledge and experience!

My family has been going to Dr. Hancock for a couple of years now. He is a great dentist. We do foster care and he has never had a problem accepting our foster children's dental coverage. It is always easy to schedule an appointment. He is honest about needed care, but not pushy if you are not interested or ready to take the extra step. I also appreciate getting to see the Dr. each time I visit.

I am so very thankful I found Dr. Hancock for my son's dentist...
From his wonderful, personable and kind receptionists, Victoria and Kim, to David his assistant who is perfect with my Son as is Dr. Kenneth, ( as my son calls him).

My son is 22 with autism, and the staff here treated him, and myself with Respect and Care above and beyond...I love this dentist for my son....Oh, and the work he has done for him has been excellent.

We feel so comfortable coming here....I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Hancock if you are looking for a trusted knowledgeable Dentist to go to...So glad we found him!

My visit to Dr. Ken Hancock was practically a dream come true. First of all, he is one of the most interesting and kind people I have ever met. At the appointment I was completely relaxed, and in fact, I found the staff very entertaining yet concerned for my well being. By the time my appointment was over, all I could think of is how quick I could get in to see this remarkable dentist again. My teeth feel great and all I can say is WOW. Thanks Dr. Hancock. I am bringing my entire female skydiving team to you for our dentistry from now on.

My experience here with Kenneth went perfectly! I had an emergency and he was not only able to see me but was also able to fix my problem the same day. Extremely professional and very upfront. It's been almost a year and I've had absolutely no complications and I'll definitely be going back again!

I'I've gone here for all my Dental work for a few years now and i can honestly say this is a pretty great office. Usually i hate going to the dentist but the people here make a much better experience and they know what they are doing. I highly recomend checking out this office for your next check-up.
