I read the one star reviews of this Home Depot, and I can safely say the people who left these reviews are naive, petulant, and tiresome. You are shopping at a Home Depot - it is a giant, understaffed box store. Don’t blame the employees because no one came to help you in the paint section. Help yourself. Track down an associate. Do some research online. If you want 1-on-1 attention, what on earth are you doing in a Home Depot?! There is a paint store LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET where you can get your hand held and all the precious color swatches you want. Good grief.

If you don’t know what you’re looking for, don’t expect to get the help you need at the Deep. Home Depot is nice because they have a lot of stuff. Use their app if you want to find something. It’s a good app. The only time you should need to talk to an employee is when you’re making your purchase.

As for the Fones Road Home Depot specifically, I have found their employees to be consistently personable and kind. I know many of them by name, many more by sight, and I know if I ever DID need their help I could TRACK THEM DOWN AND THEY WOULD HELP ME. I would not wait in front of the tool I wanted unlocked like a brain damaged orphan and then write nasty one star reviews about a store and a shopping experience that I obviously don’t understand. People that leave 1-star Google reviews should be forced to work in retail.

Ordered some brick paneling online; and when it was delivered the plastic covering was torn, PNW rain down poured and water logged the panels. Manager Nate was apologetic and arranged a pick up of the ruined panels and let me schedule the new drop off date. AMAZING!!! Thank you so much, project saved💙

Not a great HD fan but this one is MUCH better than the ones I've visited in NE, VA, and TX. They have some great tool rentals and sell large (1000s gal) water storage containers.

I had placed online orders for a few items and they called me and said that they didn't have 2 of the 3 items I ordered. I'll admit I was a little bummed about it but figured another store would have these items. I work basically across the street from this store so I figured after I got off work I would see if my toolbox I had ordered would fit in my SUV. As I go inside the saw I had ordered and was cancelled was on display so I wanted to see it up close and feel it out. Online it said that they had one available so I asked the nearest associates which were Dee and David. Both helped me look and we thought we had found 2 of them so David got on a lift to get one down. Upon closer inspection they were not the correct ones and he looked from the lift and found one just down from there. While David got the saw Dee helped me look for my final item that was cancelled. They were on display and she got it for me!! Needless to say I walked out a very happy customer! Both the items I purchased and the amazing employees who helped me made my day! Even Nicole in the self check out was a big help!! Thanks for making my day and getting my Christmas present I bought for myself!!

The staff here didn't try to dodge customers. So they are either really bad at hide and seek or really like helping customers locate items.

Typical Home Depot but the gentleman that helped us in the plumbing department was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We wanted to give a shout-out to Tammie in the paint department. We went to three different stores looking for Flourtel to do an acrylic pour art project, and Tammie was the first to know what it was. She also very politely sold us a cleaner to get paint out of the carpet and plastic to keep new paint off the carpet (we didn't know we needed those products, but she was right!) Also, in and out of the store fast. Which is especially great on a third try. Woot! Thank you!

Every time I go to home depot is a great time love this place my last visit was to buy a table saw.

The gentleman at your store Will… Was absolutely amazing. His customer service was excellent and he helped my sister and I out by helping us get our product off-the-shelf up to the cash register. He even took the time to check us out and load our car up. We greatly appreciate Will , and we would appreciate if you would share this review with him.

Home Depot is by far my favorite hardware store I'm from California and where I live in Amador County we have the other Big Chain home improvement store that's more for the homeowner where Home Depot is for the contractor and homeowner and much better prices than the other place Home Depot is by far the place to go and patronize for any project you may have around your home or project or commercial job you may be doing the people are always helpful if they can't get it they can order it and some of them I don't know if they all do but most of them do rent tools too so you can complete the work you're doing well we're to stop. Well that's about all I have to say stay safe and have happy travels and you know the other thing is it doesn't matter whether it's Washington State or California Nevada I've been to a Home Depot in just about every state there is and they're always the same good people good selections we had to go get salt for her water conditioner that's why we went here here. So that's about all I have to say have happy travels and stay safe thank you.

I liked this locations home depot set up. It had everything I was looking for and had great deals on seasonal plants. The store is well stocked and the staff was super friendly and professional.

Cassandra saved the day!! After almost 2 hours with the 800 number (no help- do NOT recommend), I was transferred to Cassandra who was able to work her magic and help me with my delivery. She was able to help and called back when she said she would! Thank you again for all your help!

Everyone is always so helpful here. Can usually find anything I need and prices are on par with any other big box home improvement store. Never had an issue with returns or online ordering to the store.

I needed to order a replacement Glass side Light for our front Door from Millworks. It seemed like the salesperson was well trained in how to make that happen, it was a pleasant experience and I felt confident the sale was handled right. She asked good questions to assure we were on the same page.

The staff at this location are amazing! They are incredibly friendly and will always find the most knowledgeable person for your questions. I will always drive the extra few miles to go here!
