Pizza Hut

We had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut. Despite a longer than expected wait due to DoorDash, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They promptly remade our pizza and provided exceptional service throughout. We truly appreciated their attention to customer satisfaction and will definitely be returning.

Never had such great service at a pizza place. Danny was wonderful. We came for my daughter's 9th birthday and she said it was her best birthday ever. Danny went above and beyond I ND. He even brought my daughter Elsie a brownie with a 9 year candle on it and the guys working sang Happy Birthday. We will definitely go back. Thank you

Love the pizza and wings here! Our favorites include Backyard BBQ Pizza on a thin crust, paired with cheese or garlic cheese breadsticks, along with Buffalo wings and Cajun dry rub wings. Boneless Honey BBQ wings are a favorite also. Definitely would recommend!

I order a lot of pizza every week for my job and they always do great. I ordered over the phone with Danny today. He was so friendly and great to work with!

Was a great place to stop and eat. Loved the dine in experience. The place was clean and the pizza was awesome. Best pizza hut in Utah. So sad to hear that Pizza hut is going to be doing away with it's eat in restaurants. This is a really nice place to stop and eat. The staff is friendly and the food is good. The eat in part of Pizza hut is what sets it apart from others like Domino's and Papa John's. When they close this one in Cedar City we will stop eating their pizza. All the ones in Salt Lake are take out and I don't eat at them. I always stop at this one because it is a eat in restaurant.

Clean store. Staff is friendly and helpful. The manager is very kind and eager to make sure customers have a good experience.

Danny from Pizza Hut is the bomb but you must go to the Pizza Hut in Cedar city and meet Danny. He is amazing and brings great ambience to the whole Pizza Hut experience.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza and I was informed that DoorDash would be delivering. I was nervous about this because I had told Pizza Hut delivery instructions that were probably going to be ignored. Little did I know that that would be the least of my problems. The minute I opened the door I knew something was wrong when the man handed me an orange crush, Diet Pepsi, a large pizza box, and cinnamon rolls. After sending him on his way I opened the pizza to find peppers, onions, and mushrooms. None of what I ordered. I then proceeded to call my mom and ask her what I should do. She said to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant was very kindly spoken to and was told that they could remake my order. They did exactly that and 40 minutes later was greeted with the pizza that I had originally ordered. I appreciate the care they took with getting me the correct order. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much. And I am so sorry to who ever got my original pizza we clearly have different taste buds. Thank you Pizza Hut I will never forget this!

Nice to see a place where employees still seem to care about people and service.

Came here after a long day at Zion national park and wanted to relax and get some food....well anything that was open after 8PM. The place was a nice restaurant which is funny because in California, the Pizza Hut's there are just grab and go and no sit down so this was a very welcome idea to us.
The guy at the register was really funny and our hostess Amber was extremely sweet and nice! I really really like her and her service!!! There was Halloween decorations everywhere including skeletons that were having a date complete with hearts and bug soup. It was amazing decoration!
We ordered a lot since we were absolutely starving and we got two pizzas, half cheese, half pineapple. Mushrooms and olives. We also ordered garlic Parmesan knots and cheese sticks. Yes, we were THAT hungry!

Food came out quickly and Amber always paid attention to us whether she was busy or not. Always refilling water or checking up on us.The funny thing is this was probably the best service we received during our road trip!

If we ever find ourselves heading down this way, I would definitely come by here!

Pizza was delicious!! They answered all our questions and our food got to us super fast (we dined in). Also the people working there are amazing and hilarious. Eating my favorite pizza while a couple guys sing He-Mans rendition of 'What's Going On' made the whole visit worth it alone 😊 I wish their cheese sticks had more cheese, but I think that's a corporate thing, not location specific.

Kelly (Shakel?) and Amber were both really great. There were consecutive parties that came in of 14 or more people one after another and these 2 great employees still went around to my table (which I was a party of 1 +service dog) and asked if I needed anything and consistently checked in to make sure I was doing well. I have worked at 4 sit down/delivery pizza restaurants and been to dozens and this was easily the best experience that I have ever had. Extremely Quick to clean up, restrooms were clean, food very tasty and customer service was well above par. Thank you to all of the employees but especially Amber and Kelly.
