The Brick on Trosper

We went in for lunch for the very first time and it was agreeable. The restaurant was busy but we got seated and served a very decent amount of time. We had the pesto pasta, Braden’s pizza, and the Mermaid juice. It was all delicious and the service was impeccable.

Overall good food and good service. Pretzels are good and the Taco salad was really good. Pizzas are baked well and really flavorful. Recommended for a good meal and fun atmosphere. Good for watching sports and pull tabs as well!

We went here for lunch on 9.14.23. I ordered a chef salad for 10.99 (I think) and it was huge. My wife's salad was huge as well. The service was very friendly and professional and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would have no hesitation going back.

I love this place. The buffalo chicken salad is amazing! I get it almost every time I go for lunch. The garlic bread is legit too! And this is a half of the salad! A nice size portion for $10.99 and $1 for the garlic bread. Great service and atmosphere.

I Absolutely Love the Brick and the food. Mike and Rich are amazing owners and genuinely care about making sure your dining experience is the very best. They keep the Pull-Tabs constant and fun for all and have an amazing assortment of TV’s for watching multiple games and from every angle. I highly recommend and encourage all to try both the pizza and breakfast.

The food is great. This was a last minute stop on the way home. It was just so loud where we were sitting we could hardly hear what we were saying to each other over our dinner. We definitely will be back but may try the bar side instead since kid’s usually are not in there!

I did not get the gluten free pizza but I was tempted. Lettuce wrap bacon cheese burger was yummy. Partner got the Italian grinder with onion rings and was super excited. Friendly staff and lots of sports and fun music.

Nice bar atmosphere with great food an employees! First time we ended up on bar side of establishment but still had great time excellent service!

I’m not going to lie. I love a giant friend seafood basket and this place is my favorite spot for a mixed seafood basket in the Olympia area. The burgers are also a great deal and the atmosphere is great despite being sorta loud. I highly recommend this spot if you are traveling through and looking for a late night meal as they serve food later than most places south of Oly.

The mushroom burger was nice and juicy a sloppy burger is the best. A friend had the Cobb salad it was beautifully displayed looked good. The other couple had nachos they to were good.

The omelets here are AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE. So delish and quite large. The menu on a Sunday at noon consisted of breakfast and lunch, along with pizza, burgers, soups, and salads. So many options to choose from. Service was great. I'd highly recommend!

We recently discovered this local gem and have been back twice so far in the month :)

Their breakfast is spot on and just today we had their lunch/dinner. My fiancée got some fettuccini Alfredo and I got some chicken and shoe string fries!

Just to warn you all, the mozzarella sticks are huge and filling so if you order them, be sure to share!

Food was delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. My only issue was the service, the waiter was very helpful but the wait was long. Other than the wait time, amazing experience!

Fantastic eats! Service was top notch, drinks strong, kid friendly and quick. The menu is a little large for my taste but I don't think the number of options is a problem for most. I will definitely be visiting The Brick again.

Good food for eating out with my father in law, who is a no nonsense meat and potatoes, and Burger kind of guy.

It’s dependably good. It’s not going to rock your world and it’s not my organic, local foods, gluten free, healthy kind of place. But it’s great at making all American food that makes a lot of people happy.

Seated right away. Very kind waitress. Delicious order of chicken fried steak which she recommended.

The wait staff was impressive! Not only were they incredibly friendly and attentive but we watched the waiter walk an elder lady to her car! Carried her pizza box and everything. Absolutely the sweetest experience to witness from a distance. Our food was very good. Homemade fries and the pickle may have been homemade too. I had the French dip, my favorite, it was awesome. Great job today!

Yummy food though a bit on the greasy side it was definitely worth it. The menu looked like it had something for everyone and the waitress we had was very nice and pleasant to chat with. A good family restaurant definitely with a bar to the side if you'd rather. (Pictured, small Brick Trowel pizza)

Ordered pizza for take out. Impressed with service and the quality of the pizza. Looked like a great place to dine in too.
