Best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. Great friendly service and reasonable prices. If you have never been there, you should give them a try.

I recently took my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer to Turner Automotive for electrical issues. The passenger side window would not work and all of the instrument panel was not functioning. Many of these issues have happened over the course of me owning this vehicle, which I bought new. I have had it to the chevy dealer and other shops for repair several times each costing me lot's of money. Turner took the time to troubleshoot the cause of the problem, rather than just replace stuff. Everything is working and the cost was about a third of what others have charged me. I have always done my own car repairs without problem, but as I've gotten older, there is more physical pain associated with the work (LOL). I have trouble trusting a stranger to work on my vehicle, but a problem a couple months ago made me decide to use Turner. I had expected the job to be around $1,500 (my mental estimate), but it turned out to be just a broken wire in a connector. Very reasonable repair. Impressed me with the trouble shooting to identify the real issue.
Now a couple months later, I had a problem with my AC compressor (they had noted a leak at the original service). Brought it in on a Tuesday, had it back the next day with nice cold air. Reasonable cost, nice friendly folks.
I will trust them to do the work for me in the future.

Turner has been my go-to since I moved here in 2013. I have never been disappointed. Friendly,yet professional. Great staff as far as I can tell. Work is done swiftly, along with fair prices. I once brought a vehicle in for service and they noticed a minor problem I was unaware of and they notified me of it...after they fixed it! Having a great mechanic you can trust is like winning the lottery, glad I bought a ticket. Thanks again Turner Auto!

I was so hesitant to find a new service shop that I put off my regular maintenance until I couldn't anymore. From the first phone call to set up my service appointment Turner's was so friendly and efficient. I got a next day appointment and was greeted with a smile as I stepped in the door. I unexpectedly had my grandson with me and it was a non issue too~ Nice clean waiting room and JW was quick to offer a toy for my grandson. We were able to peek through the doors at the neat car lifts and JW went over my entire service and all components of the very thorough inspection on the vehicle. Michael the young man that worked on my truck and performed the service also came in a spoke with me and I appreciated his input greatly. I feel very confident that if I need anything in the future for my truck maintenance or regular service that Turners will be there. I feel very satisfied that I am in good hands as part of the Turner family~ Thank you so much !

The alternator on my car went caput and I was just in town for my son's Cross Country meet. Battery went completely dead in the school parking lot. I had a quick jump box that gave it enough juice to get the car across the street. They came out (all of them, including their younger daughter) to push my car the rest of the way across the street to the shop. I told them I'd buy a battery from them just so I could get home and get it to the shop the next day. Instead of taking my $180, they graciously offered to put my battery on the charger for the next two hours until it had a full charge, since the batter in it is virtually brand new. They charged it up enough for me to make it home and refused to take any money for it. Even though I live about 50 miles away, they will definitely get some business from me in the future and I will recommend Turner's to all of my friends in the south Thurston area. These are too notch people, and great people deserve our business.
