Pro Desk at The Home Depot

I had an order of flooring and it was going to be late and maybe not in time for installation, but, Sherry-COS at the Home Depot on Fones Road in Washington State, worked trielessly to make it happen before the installation on March 1st. and by golly, she did it. She was so awesome and kept me informed on everything! Kudos and 2 thumbs up. I would giver her more thumbs up, but alas, I only have two. 5 star service.

Very hard works they go above and beyond. If they don't know the answer they find out one or another.

Dear Home Depot,
I know you consider your shoppers like me 'Doers', but I wish your staff were 'doing' as much as I'm 'doing' in your store.

Rather than standing with their hands in their apron pockets or staring at their phones, they could actually look up and ask if you need help, walk you to what you are looking for, or open another cash register.

Today, 2 orange aproned employees were standing around at the self check out while the actual 'Doers' were running their own check out.

The line backed up and neither vested employee would bother opening another register. They just watched the line with their hands in their pockets.

When they thanked me I was wondering why they don't leave me a tip. I think I did a great service for them.
