My husband and I just changed State Farm agents to Eric Zabala. This afternoon we had a review of our policies. Eric and Hannah were great!!! They were extremely helpful and detailed in explaining our various coverages and answering all our questions. Eric patiently and thoroughly explained how one of our policies worked. Eric is everything you could ask for in an insurance agent. He responds right away when you need him and doesn't bug you at other times. Also, he actually does what he says he's going to do.
