I moved back into the area after being gone for 20 years. I transferred my State Farm office to Char and her team. I wholeheartedly recommend this office. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I feel relaxed knowing they are helping me get the most coverage and applicable discounts for my policy. You won’t regret working with them. We moved out of state. We thought Char’s office was GREAT when we lived in WA but since experiencing other 4.5-5 star State Farm offices have realized that Char’s office may never be matched. I wish we could have her office back, even from 2,000 miles away.

I normally don't enjoy dealing with phone calls with services, but I had no trouble asking questions and not feeling I was being rushed. Professional, kind, and really seemed to care about my needs as a first-time renter. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Char and her "power team" of Jem, Kara and Gabrielle are hands down the best insurance group we have worked with! They are always consistently and proactively looking out for our best home and auto insurance interests. They are super responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I grew up in Olympia using this office via my parents when I got my first car. My wife and I live in Pierce county now (cars, house, etc) but we continue to use Char's Olympia State Farm group because they are amazing. We've tried state farm in gig harbor and other insurance companies, but have only had terrible experiences elsewhere. You don't need to visit the office in person to do business. It's all over the phone and email anyway.
