I have used JBR insurance since the mid 1990's. When we moved to Olympia Washington my husband and I were rebuilding our life in a new state. JBR has always provided us the most personalized service, with an actual storefront, and you can go and talk to the three siblings that own the shop. They are so kind and efficient and have access to many different insurance plans from big name contacts like Gieco and Safeco and Dairyland. We recently added an additional car to our plan and Lanny was able to LOWER our payment with much better coverage. All while having a great time chatting up with my old friends at JBR. This is a great local, family run business to get all of your insurance needs. Smart, friendly people who really care about you getting the right coverage and price for your situation. I had a claim on house damage awhile ago, and they calmly walked me through the process. Not only were they great, the company (Met Life) they had set me up with was great as well. Amazing family that time this place. I had such a good experience here. If you are looking for honest helpful and just all around genuine people this is you place. Not to mention the price was amazingly cheap. I haven't had a license in over 10 years I came here for a SR22 and it cost so little I was blown away.

Please read this review! 21+ years I did insurance on line. Finally changed to JBR Tumwater, WA for advice and this family insurance company has been here for 26+ years.
