Utah Community Action -Head Start

First off, I started the application for my child to start head start. Made an appointment to come in and finish the registration. They sent me a confirmation email with the date, time, and location.
The day of the appointment I go to the confirmation email and get the supposed address for the Meadowbrook location. I type it into my gps and it takes me to a tow truck business. I think it’s my gps that was acting funny but it wasn’t. I go to the initial email with the link to set an appointment and get another address for the Meadowbrook campus that they had. And again that address took me to a weird location. So finally I called The head start number that they have listed on the website and no one answers. I called the Utah Community Action number and still no one answers. I called 6 times before someone answered. Anyways, Finally I get the correct address and they tell me it’s building D. I get to the location and we’re walking around looking for building D and we asked for help and they told us that there is no building D at this location!!! They Direct us to the correct building for head start. We walk in and there’s literally no one in there. It’s completely dead. So we left since there was literally NO ONE there to assist us.

I was going to reschedule my appointment since I was like 30 minutes late but after all the confusion and messed up info I was given I changed my mind. How are you guys going to have 3 different addresses for one location?!

Horrible staff for these poor babies!
I was kicked out because I had a concern that wasn't getting resolved.
Definitely feel that they are hiding something from me! Keep your kids safe don't go here. I was here for three years and it only got worse.
