Phyl's Furniture Connexion

Very satisfied with my recent experience at Phyl's. I have been to several other furniture stores in the area looking for furniture for short folks. Most basically told me to "deal with it" and tried to hard-sell me into stuff that was too large.

The folks at Phyl's were very helpful. They helped me understand the different standards in the industry and we ended up settling on a very comfortable loveseat and recliner which fit my wife and I perfectly. Both were reasonably priced and the recliner is a solid American-made product. I think I'll start here during my next furniture search and avoid the unnecessary agony of going to some of the other places.

Really nice furniture store! We'd never been in before, so had no idea what to expect. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they had a HUGE selection of sofas, tables, chairs, etc. The salesman that helped us was so friendly and personable (sorry, can't remember his name), and the prices are amazing! So much so, that we left with a new sofa that we didn't know we needed in our lives until we sat on it (most comfortable sofa, ever). Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

I was shopping around for good quality furniture that will last me a long time. I went into Phyl's after hearing about them through friends and seeing their Facebook posts. I didn't know what to expect, but Sharon greeted me right as I walked in and guided me to everything I was interested in. She gave me really great information about everything as well as offering dimensions and prices whenever needed. I saw some pieces I really fell in love with and ended up going back in a day later. Sharon and Perry were able to get me an AMAZING deal on everything I wanted. I will definitely be going to Phyl's again for all my furniture needs.

Gayle and Nelson were knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly kind while my family and I searched for the perfect recliner. We will most certainly return in the future.

I love this place! They have so much furniture it’s not even funny! We went in for some chairs we needed for our new dinning table and we go them pre assembled and in the box! They look beautiful and the price could not be beaten!!! I will be going back to this wonderful furniture store and recommending it highly to anyone who needs high quality sofas / furniture anytime! I recently bought a leather sofa and a sling back chair. I worked with Jennifer, her style was pretty laid back, she was there when I had questions but not obtrusive. She also provided some great suggestions. Check out was easy. I was able to call and add to my order without having to come back in. Delivery was somewhat expensive. The delivery crew were very friendly and very efficient. I appreciated that they were able to haul away the old pieces that I no longer had use for. That does come at extra charge. The convenience was worth it for me. I give them 5 stars because of friendly service and convenience.

This store not only provided good Customer service, but a terrific, beyond good follow through. great follow through in fact. Their workers were organized. professional, knowledgeable and very quick. The entire system of me purchasing my furniture, being kept in touch with about my furniture purchase and the delivery was top notch and the quality of the items I bought there ARE BEAUTIFUL. (The compliments are endless.) I literally couldn't be any more Satisfied. Thank you Phyls Furniture Connexion. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent customer service, the saleswoman wasn't pushy and gave us space to think and decide on what to do. Plenty of financing options that are very reasonable and prices are great too, sale or not.

The building itself is deceiving, it doesn’t look like much but when you walk in they have a massive selection for most rooms. They did not hound me and let me look around and where right there when I was ready. The check out was quick. The delivery price was really great! Considering they drive most of the furniture from Oregon. So don’t believe the reviews regarding delivery price, extremely reasonable. The delivery guys were polite, efficient and put things together and took the trash with them. Definitely going back here for more furnishings.

Such a relaxed, friendly environment. Sales people were readily available yet they did not hover over you while you were browsing the store. Knowledge, patient, and helpful in my decision making. So many choices! Allowed me to place my purchase on layaway until I was had the total funds. This gave me such a piece of mind knowing that my furniture would be there when I was ready and I could stop looking.

Beautiful, affordable furniture, delivered on time. Sharon and everyone I met at Phyl's were knowledgeable, kind and professional. The solid wood collections from Porter Designs are absolutely heirloom quality and, because of Phyl's large inventory, I didn't have to wait 6-12 weeks to get my new furniture. Awesome experience with Phyl's. I'll definitely be back!

Was looking for a new sectional couch. My mom referred me here as they have quality furniture. Found a 2-piece sectional that was comfy, large enough for the family and a good price. Spoke with Gail and she was super friendly and helpful, not pushy on sales. I was able to look around freely too.

Ended up going back a couple of days later and making the purchase as I was set on the 2-piece sectional. Any questions I had Gail & Rex both helped and were professional. Delivery was fast and the guys were also friendly. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and how the sectional looks. The whole family can lay on it and relax. Definitely recommend for any of your furniture needs. Thank you!

Walked in for basic simple couch due to new kittens soiling my last couch. Walked in and was immediately impressed by the design of some of the furniture along with the friendly atmosphere within the business. The couch I ended up getting was more than what I wanted but at the same time under my budget! Couch was even on sale. Have a new customer for future purchases. Highly recommended

We are very pleased with our new couch. It appears well made, is comfortable and suits our decor. Our salesperson Nelson let us browse but seemed to appear just when we found the right couch. He answered all our questions and provided us with information we could use when shopping around. We left the store, comparison shopped and found that Phyls offered the best price. Three days later our new couch was sitting in our living room.

I had been looking for a dining room table at several locations. Went to Phyl’s three times before making my final decision. I was impressed with quality of furniture, but more impressed with their no pressure sales approach. They allowed me to look around without having to be shadowed. I should have gone with my initial instinct when I saw and liked the dining room table at Phyl’s. When I did make my final decision, sale process was very quick and efficient. They loaded table (tabletop protected with cellophane) and chairs into our truck. Overall process was very quick, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Phyl’s and would not hesitate in returning for future furniture purchases!

Phyl's Furniture was an unexpected place to shop. The exterior is deceiving. If your shopping for furniture you must see this well stocked site. The professionalism of the staff and the on time scheduled delivery was amazing.very nice people to buy from. Over a great experience
