We stopped here for a few days to relax on our way home from TN. The interior road are a bit tight and rough but our site 25 was level and long enough for both our trailer and truck (50'). The fall is so beautiful with all the color. There is a step down to the gravel picnic table, fire pit area. We had plenty of space and didn't feel crowded in but I'm sure during prime time it can feel that way.

Gorgeous mountain campground with Lake Jocassee as the main attraction (one of the cleanest lakes around). Nice wooded, shaded lots with firepits (grill rack attached) electric & water hookups & level areas for tents & RVs. Beach is VERY busy on summer weekends, but there's a nice drop-in spot for kayaks and nice boat launches as well. We'll be returning next year!

Great campground, nice views. Someone took a dump in the shower though (although I assume that's not a normal occurrence)
Overall 8.6/10 (-1 point for shower poo)

Family/pet 🥰 but to really enjoy this place you must have a boat, jet ski or if you challenge yourself stand up.paddling.

We had a great experience camping on this park. So clean, so super safe, so many things to do. We would definitely be back soon and invite more people. If you are thinking in coming to camp, look no more, this is the place.

Nice peaceful place to hang out. You can hike, kayak, sup, boat or fish. My favorite campsite is number 15 but it is a long way from the bathhouse. You have to check it out if you like the outdoors.

Great camp site. Stayed in a tent site. Relatively close to he parking lot. Sinks for dishes in the parking lot. Bath house was also relatively close. Facilities were good. Cleaned daily.

Great CG. Sites are well spaced out and wooded. Large asphalt pads for rv with room for outdoor living, plus large tent pad at site. Road in is a little snug on the edges but easily doable. Easy access to an amazing lake with onsite toy rentals. Family camping atmosphere. Second time here; Lord willing won't be our last.

I go every year in January with some ladies ...the cabins are beautiful...not a lot going on in the area..it's a place to go relax and enjoy some nature and rejuvenate

Great campsite with majestic scenery. Power and water available. We went in January and the temp was 21 degrees Fahrenheit. Choose a southern facing campsite to be blocked from the evil northerly wind. Great camp spot to make memories.

We loved being here. The prices are great during the off season. Make sure you load up with groceries and other supplies before arriving. The nearest Ingles is 30 min away.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL views and setting. We hope to come back. Very nice park employees, too.

Small and tight, about 50 sites or so. Moderate slope with most sites being leveled out. Nice bathrooms. Paths down to the lake with small spaces between rocks to swim and launch paddleboards or kayaks.

Easily one of the most beautiful campsites we’ve stayed at so far. Bathrooms were some of the best too (beautifully decorated and very clean). Quiet and safe. I loved how close the sites were to the beautiful natural water.

We have camped here for years. It is located in a great area for us. Devils Fork has good boating facilities as well as a nice beach area for swimming.
As with most SC parks, the roads to the camping sites are narrow and campers with large RVs will have to pick their sites carefully.

This is a dream come true. We make reservations a year in advance to get a campsite by the water. We leave our kayaks on the beach and we camp by the beautiful lake. The campsites have plenty of space between them. The bath house is wonderful. We visit here every year. We travel all over the country and this is one of our favorite places to camp and kayak. The hiking within a 1.5 hour drive of the camp site is amazing! We stay for four nights and love everyday of it.
