Best Taco Bell in the Upstate. The manager Kwanzaa runs a tight ship, and the consistency has become well above average for any Taco Bell. The staff know us by name, and it is always a treat to stop in and say hello. Easley is closer, but Pickens is the best location because of the staff. And it is less expensive than other Taco Bells in the area.

This is the only Taco Bell in the area that hasn't raised the price on the "cheesy bean and rice burrito" and some other items on the Value Menu (still $1). Other TB's have nearly doubled the price. Food from this TB has always been hot and adequately filled. The staff is friendly and orders are usually quick, although they've been short handed lately so this isn't always the case. There are several other TB's I drive by but, in my opinion, this is the only one worth stopping at.

Visited today. Store was very clean and service was great. Josh did an amazing job assisting me with my order.

I've gone through the drive thru 2 times in the last 2 weeks. The customer service was great. My order correct. My tacos actually looked commercial worthy both times, which was surprising. Haven't got that kind of service at any Taco bell in years. Keep up the good work!

I had a large order late at night and a couple of questions. They had my food ready with almost no wait. They were very kind and friendly in the window and there was nothing missing from my large order. It was so good.

Taco Bell was fantastic! The dining room is closed, but they have outdoor seating with canopies so it wasn't even brutally hot on a 90 degree day. Great service and the food was all correct.

UPDATE: We just had our worst experience at any Taco Bell ever. The food was correct, but we didn't receive any of the hot sauces we asked for, no straws for any of the 3 drinks we ordered, and not one napkin for a take out order. We understand things are weird right now, but come on, really? We'll always love Taco Bell, but the workers need to pay more attention to what they're doing...or not doing.

Well I have been to the Taco Bell in Easley tonight and the one in Pickens and both were for Cooper eats orders and both phenomenal especially the one in Easley with the 25 item order. The girl at each absolutely amazing! It is a delivery driver I am absolutely grateful for them and their willingness go above and beyond!!! Keep up the great work ladies read drivers appreciate you

Visited at midnight on a Friday, was behind 4 cars but was out within 10 minutes. The girl at the window was very polite, and multi tasked very well. She was cleaning while taking another order. Food was perfect, all my modifications were right, food was hot. This team is killing it!

Pickens Taco Bell has stepped up the game the man at the window Josh Pitts was over the moon wonderful very nice, extremely polite, they only had 2 people working it was Josh an another person an the wait wasn’t an extremely long time like most of the time we decide to come to Taco Bell. Most of the time we have the worlds most horrible service, rude staff but this time I will say it was the best time we had when we went all thanks to Josh pitts an the coworker he had with him.

Everyone is friendly and nice. Food is always correct. The only issues I ever have are they don't always give you enough sauce and typically when I go they rarely have Carmel Apple empanadas ready. The wait isn't too long depending on what time you go.

The new girl at the window was so sweet & attentive. Pickens taco bell is my favorite taco bell, their food always hits the spot.

One of the better Taco Bells have been to from what I could tell their facilities and the outside were very clean, the services very good at the drive-thru and the prices are very affordable. I have gone back several times now since my first visit.

My 5 year old son and I had a great time, enjoying the evening talking, asking each other questions to provoke thought and it all happened at this Taco Bell parking lot! Service was great, food was as expected (as I'm a vegetarian/vegan) and a solid healthy meal under 7 dollars! The only things that would have made our experience better was if they had "Sporks" as I had hyped it up to my son lol. It also would have been nice if they had spoons too. So a fork it was 👍 😂✌

I had a huge order to feed a lot of people. I was in out of the drive thru in less than 5 mins. The tacos were hot and fresh. The staff moved very quickly and was very professional.

I visited this location about noon today for lunch. Could not ask for a better experience. The restaurant was clean, the lady who took my order was very courteous, and the food was well made not just slapped together. Good job.

This place overall gives good service. They have some trouble opening on time and by the end of the night it seems they always run out of stuff. But the food always taste great and the staff is friendly.

Good food. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. This seemed like a fairly new location. All the stores and restaurants around this location seemed fairly new.
Only complaint is their fountain drinks. Not just this location but all taco bell soda seem to be off a bit.
